If you go skiing, pick this one up. I fell in love with this heel treatment and their matching hand creme years ago. It has the density similar to ointment, so I don't use it daily. But it really heals dry, winter, chapped skin, and it also works against itchy skin (after skiing my feet often get itchy). It is true that a little dab goes a long way, thus, one tube lasts for a long time.

I purchased it at Target. The shape is strange, but it makes extra easy to work on all over my feet. It works well especially to smoothen my cracked heels. But it was not rough enough for my husband thick callouses.

We own several scents, vanilla, brown suger & fig, blackberry etc. It is fun and enjoyable to change a scent depending on my mood. They had a holiday collection too, and we decided to try Frosted Cranberry. It is sweet and a bit tangy. The scent lasts pretty long, but in my opinion, candles seem to spread fragrance better. Keep eyes on sale! There is always a few different scents on sale.

I meant to buy a Dove bar for sensitive skin multi-pack, but I was not paying attention and got this pink value pack instead. I did not even realize it until I took one out of the box. Other than the color, the biggest difference between the sensitive formula and this one was the scent. This one had a mild floral scent, but not too bad. Just like other Dove beauty bars, it was gentle on skin but cleansed well, and left no residue. But my husband did not like this light pink color...too girlish perhaps.

I recently discovered Bodycology. So far I bought only one fragrance "coconut lime". As expected, it has the combination of sweet and tangy scent. When I buy inexpensive body mist, sometimes it smells either overpowering or very unnatural. But happy to say that this is not the case with this mist. It reminds of me a scent of margarita. Yum. Just like many body mist products, the scent does not last long. "coconut lime" gives an instant refreshing sensation. It is cheaper than Victoria's Secret Rush Body Mist, and with the similar price range, Calgon now has a serious competitor. I am quite satisfied with my bodycology purchase, and I am looking forward to try another fragrance very soon.

My face started showing signs of aging a few years ago, but at the same time I still suffer from adult acne. It is hard for me to find a facial moisturizer because I seek both acne treatment and anti-aging. I bought this Ultra Lift moisture cream because 1) the price was good, 2) the label said non-greasy and non-comedogenic and 3) it came with SPF 15. I think this was not so bad as daily moisturizer. My skin felt hydrated and my neck especially a bit firmer, but unfortunately my pimples kept coming back. If I had dry skin and without acne problem, I would have probably bought it again.

Wow, this top coat does dry fast. All I expected from this product was to prevent the nail color from chipping. But it does more than that. My nails look even and smooth, and even some light/pastel color looks shinier. This clearly prolongs the duration of my cheap nail colors.

This lip balm stick was inside of the L'Occitane amenity kit given by Qantas Airlines (I must say it was one of the best airline goodies). I usually use minty lip balm, but sometimes I am not in the mood of an eucalyptus minty feeling on my lips. I find the shea butter really softens my lips especially in the cold winter months. It is rich but not greasy at all. I think when it comes to shea butter, L'Occitane is the best.

I have four wet'n wild pencils. Charcoal, sky Blue, Dark Brown and Black black. The pencil tip is a bit hard, especially for lower eyelid. That's why I think this pencil works better as eyebrow pencil than as eyeliner (of course I cannot use the blue color for eyebrows...lol). All the colors I have are nice, nothing extraordinary though. The staying power is also a little weak. Anyhow, I still say that this is worth the price of $1, but if this was more than $3, I would have not bought it. ;)

This sunscreen works great when we spend a lot of time in and out of the water. Neutrogena Ultra Sheer Sunblock is my favorite, but I think this one is much more water resistant. My husband's fair skin used to get easily burned and becomes reddish next day. Not anymore, Ever since he started using the Blue Lizard, his skin has not gotten peeled. I personally find the Blue Lizard a bit heavy, thus, it takes a little longer to absorb into my skin. However, the best part it lasts for a long time, and we usually re-apply this sunscreen less often than others. Our search for the most effective sunscreen at beach is over now. While I continue using Neutrogena Ultra Sheer Sunblock for less intensive situations, this is the number one sun protection for him, beach/swimming pool and other long hours outdoor activities.
