I'm really confused by the great reviews. This has a weird smell and taste, almost chemical like. It was also hard to apply, not soft at all, but stiff. Plus, it stung my lips. And I had to wait to the smell to ease off before I could stand drinking or eating. The last time I wore it, I couldn't wait and ran to the bathroom and washed my lips off. I kept trying to get used to it, because it was so expensive and everyone praised Caudalie. I couldn't. I tried 3 times, then threw it out. If at all possible, sample it in the store first. If the smell, taste and feel don't bother you, then it might be worthwhile. Maybe. Otherwise, just get something cheaper with shea butter and drink an extra glass of water. Overall, I'd say it's not worth the price.

I use this regularly during the winter. It works well. Not sure if its better than other products, but I like it.

Although the range of color could improve, these are smooth eye colors that make my eye skin look healthier. They also have staying power. Mine last an entire workday without primer. I should note that my skin is extremely dry, especially in winter. These are wonderful for dry skin, since they moisturize well. The pink is my favorite. It's bright with a slight sheen, but natural looking too. The taupe shade has less sheen and more subtle. I don't know how they would perform on oily skin. But for dry or aging eyes, it's hard to beat something that combines eye serum and color.

I got this to calm my red, burning skin after a brutal winter wind plus another product went wrong. It went on cool and alleviated the burn for a while. I had to reapply. Luckily, it feels light, so there was no oily build up. It wasn't magical. The redness stuck around. But overall, I was please for its performance for the price.

I have very dry skin, so in winter I try anything and everything. Two hours after I put this on my face, it turned red and irritated. Itchy too. Maybe it would be better for hair. But for very dry, sensitive skin, I can't recommend it.

The colors are beautiful, but intense, so choosing the right color is crucial. I have fair to light skin with neutral tones, and it's easy to look clownish. #5 worked, finally. Too much pumps out unless I'm careful, which feels wasteful.

This goes on so smoothly, moisturizes like crazy, and comes in a light plastic bottle, so it travels well. It's like a tinted moisturizer with slightly more coverage. The regular Vitalumiere has heavier coverage, but both have an amazing texture that smoothes more after a half hour. Nearly flawless.

The colors and conditioning are nice, but I don't like the texture. Too thick and sticky.

Normally I'm not a fan of Nars products, since their colors are almost always too warm for my skin tone. On me, "OrgasEM" looks like "Dialysis". But "Space Odyssey" looks amazing. It's neutral to slightly cool, which is perfect. About the color of a pie tin with sparkle. Perfect. Covers in 2 coats.

My extremely dry skin is just not in the target area for MAC foundations. All of them have done that weird ball-up and flake off thing. Even this one, which was supposed to be lighter. And yes, I've moisturizer, and exfoliated, and primed, and not primed, and not powdered. It doesn't matter. At best, I look shiny plus flaking. Maybe it works well for oily and normal skin, but really dry ladies should approach with caution.
