true to it's word - but not in the long run
I tried this product and though I was happy with the results in the beginning it seemed that, the longer I used this product, the less my skin stayed moisturized.

Alterna Bamboo UV+ Color Protection Vibrant Color Shampoo
Great for color, also a bit on the drying side if no conditioner is used afterwards
I find this shampoo has a pleasant scent and lathers and cleanses hair nicely. It also does a great job preventing hair color from fading (too fast) and applies some shine. However, it definitely needs conditioner as follow up to soften hair and making it manageable for styling.

Great for color, not a good moisturizer though
This is a nice product though I had to use a lot to get my hair fully conditioned (or maybe my hair is just not soaking it up if applied sparingly). However, it definitely gave a nice shine to my hair and it definitely affected the staying power of my colored hair. However, I found that using this conditioner dried my hair out so that the ends felt very hay-like after blowdrying. So I guess you have to try and see how the moisturizing factor works on your hair. Though again: thumbs up for being one of the better color conditioners.

Even though the look of the cream, when first opened, scared me a bit but it turns out the cream is quite nicely to use. It distributes easy and absorbs fast, leaving the skin feeling moisturized until the morning. Works even better in combination with the serum.

This product works great and since it's a topical treatment I didn't feel so bad using a little "chemical help" getting rid of finer lines and soften the deeper ones (I'm normally very much into natural things). First results started to be visible only after a few days of using the product. And no skin irritation occured while using the product either, that's a big plus too.

Reducing lines and rejuvenate skin...yes, this works for me!
It is rare for me to like products that are recommended from the brand to use in combination since there always seems to be one product that doesn't do the job. BUT!...I love the 3 products (check out the serum and the activator too), they really seem to work. When applied, the skin feels fresh, smooth and moisturized all day. The skin gets a gentle glow that makes your face look really healthy. And there is just a slight hint of a pleasant scent. Works great under makeup too.

Doesn't matter if used with the additional recommended products or by itself, this cream absorbs nicely into the skin and leaves a fresh feeling. Not too "filmy" but just enough to allow for smoothing over with makeup. Like the serum the cream is barely scented...nice product. However, after using the product for a while my skin started to become more oily than ususal. Long term effect?

Used with the eye cream and day/night cream this serum does its job well...preps the skin surface (gives a little fresh kick and smoothes out fine lines) and combines well with the next applied product(s). It also barely has a scent, I like it.

I like that the product does not have an oily after-film and absorbs fast. However, I have dry skin and I still have to follow with a moisturizer even though the product claims to be super moisturizing...

I love the "All Day Moisture Body Lotion" series. The ingredients are kept to a minimum of what is needed to make this one of the best moisturizers on the market: at least for my taste. I use the "White Tea" lotion and although meanwhile the product comes in a "whipped" version, it only went from great to greater. After a layer of Aloe Vera Gel I apply this lotion from head to toe, every morning, and it leaves my skin feeling smooth and moisturized all day long. I only have to re-apply if my environment changes (aka the weather produces extremely dry air). I also tried it in high hummidity and was still satisfied with the product. Another good thing is that I can get dressed immediately without my clothes feeling "oily". I'm also complemented a lot that I "smell good". And I did ask "is it overbearing???" as many of scented lotions are. But no, it's just there to be noticed and people really like it. And so do I.
