I bought this in a christmas kit last year, and gee have I gotten value for my money. I use it every single day - it's perfectly angled to give my round face the cheekbones it deserves :) I wash it with shampoo twice/three times a month, and it's lasting perfectly. Like all of MAC's brushes, a true companion!

Love, love, LOVE this one. The colors are wonderful (my staple is "petting pink"), the shine is wonderful, and it lasts quite a while for a tinted lip conditioner. It is not sticky at all (which is my main pet peeve with lip gloss), and the taste is... delicious. You have to try it for yourself. I don't leave home without it.

Like someone already mentioned, you can really decide for yourself how much effect & volume you want. It never stings your eyes, flakes, and still it's easy to remove. I have a few tiny complaints: after a month or so, it always becomes hard to close properly (this is my third tube), which dries it quite fast. Also, since you should get a new mascara every 3 months, I find this a bit expensive for a student budget. But if you've got the money, this one is THE one
