This ointment is a must-have for your medicine cabinet and your make-up case! Not only is it great for severly dry skin, but I use it as a lip balm, and for intensive hydration on my neck and under and around my eyes at night. It looks like pure petrolium jelly, but it does sink in fairly quickly and does not feel too heavy- and has NO fragrance! My dad also uses it for psoriasis and and for the dry skin on his feet caused by diabetes type 2. While it is not the cheapest drugstore brand, for all that it does and compared to all of the other products you'd have to use to get the same results, it's a great bargain!

I really like this bronzer, and the lighter shade is perfect for redheaded complexions because it is sheer with just a hint of golden color. My only issue with it is that it can be a bit too shimmery for the day time. It works best for me in the winter and early spring months when my skin is drier and really needs a lift. I would recommend it to anyone with normal, fair to medium skin. It is a bit to heavy and creamy for oily skin, and so I don't use it in the summer.

I am a real sucker for any beauty product claiming to have a "cooling" or "warming" effect, so I bought a few of these pencils to try- even though I don't typically wear shadow or liner everyday. Although I was not blown away with any arctic breezes upon application, I really liked the subtle, slightly shimmery effect and the formula does not crease or cause my eyes to tear like some powder formulas. I recommend using the neutral, lighter shades in the eye crease or under browbone as a highlighter- it really gives my small, deep-set eyes a lift.

I was so glad to find this product! I had searched high and low for a subtle, natural looking brow color that would create a polished, but natural effect with my auburn hair. This one works really well and it brings just enough color to my brows to give my eyes a real lift!

I bought this blush in Peach Satin for $5.99 at Target and I really am suprised at how well it performs considering the low price. It goes on sheer with a light luminous finish, and the color is very natural, and fairly long lasting (although on warm humid days you'd probably need to set it with powder). Even though it is not oil free, it does not appear to cause any breakouts on my combo skin. I tried Peach Satin, although I typically avoid any peach shades because sometimes they can be too orange-y. This little pot o'blush really does provide a subtle, warm flush to my cheeks. I tried layering it over the dream mousse bronzer and really liked the effect! Score for good ole Maybelline and it's not just about the mascara for me anymore!

I really like this sheer, cream formula even for my oily skin. It is a lot like Bobbi Brown cream blush/lip color; infact, I think this product is comparable at a much better price.

I just discovered this lip gloss, and I can say that it comes close to smashbox and bobbi brown glosses I've used in the past. This gloss lasted a couple of hours, and did not "congeal" in the corners of my mouth like others can after several hours of wear. It is not too thick or waxy, and delivers the right amount of color, shimmer, and shine. Champagne Toast and Antique Bronze are always in my purse/makeup bag. I think I'm becoming addicted to this lipgloss, and at this price, it's a nice, cheap indulgence!

I was looking for an inexpensive sheer foundation or tinted moisturizer, and this product is great for evening out skintone. It feels cool and light when applied and is not oily at all. It gives my skin a nice dewy finish when I use it with the airbrush primer. For a sheer, more casual look, this product really delivers!

No matter how hard I try, no matter how old I get, I seem to go back to Maybelline mascaras. I tried Loreal's Telescopic mascara, as well as several of the "XXL" two step formulas with primers and found this to be just as effective at separating and defining my lashes. I wear this in brownish black for everyday and in very black for more formal occasions.

I bought two tubes of this mascara to try while they were on sale: one in brown black and one in blackest black in the non-waterproof formula. I found that the brown black tube worked wonderfully, and did not clump at all. The blackest black, however, went on too thick, smeared easily, clumped, and began to flake almost immediately. I will probably go with Maybelline's XXL microfiber mascara next time; it's cheaper, performs better and is not quite so hard to apply.
