This is a must-have for chemically processed hair. It leaves hair shiny, soft, manageable and a lot healthier after only 1 use. I use it weekly and find it works best if you towel-blot your hair before applying it. It takes a little longer to rinse out than regular conditioners, but it's worth it. When my hair is extra dry, I don't rinse it out completely and my hair feels great without being weighed down. Excellent product for the money!

I just started using this shampoo w/the Smooth Intense conditioner and I really like it. I've tried other Vive shampoos and conditioners and didn't like any of them as much as the Smooth Intense line. My hair is chin length, straight, colored & highlighted, and heat processed. This shampoo helps keep my hair smooth, shiny and soft without being weighed down. Good stuff for the price!

I love this conditioner and the Smooth Intense shampoo. My hairstyle has recently changed to a chin-length bob and I'm wearing it straight. The first day I used this stuff, it cut down on my flat-ironing time and kept frizz & fly-aways from popping up. It's a lighter conditioner than I expected, rinses pretty easily and doesn't leave my hair weighed down or greasy. It's a great drug-store brand at a great price! I haven't been using it long enough to know if build up will be an issue, otherwise I'd rate it a 10!
