I recently started using the Ouidad products, including Climate Control, and I like it a lot and use it daily. I ue it together with Botanical Boost, and it does stop the frizz dead in it's tracks! (I also finally went and had a cut (and color) at a Ouidad certified Salon (with Ana at Tivon Salon in Blacksburg VA). Not cheap, but very good, and she taught me how and when to use each products for my specific hair and styling issues). This is the first time I've ever done anything specifically to enhance my wavy/curly, fine (& often frizzy) hair and so far I like it a lot. I'm not totally "there" yet, still experimenting with a number of their products and ways to style my hair (and using the diffuser makes a BIG difference for me), but I really like the Ouidad products so far, and they seem to be working for me. Although you often use a Lot of product, my hair is never stiff from them, always soft and bouncy and shiny, and the styling techniques the stylist taught me are "doable" at home & easy- and I'm a big fan of "low maintenance" hair styling!

IS Clinical products were recommended to me by a beauty mag editor when I asked her to PLEASE help me figure out which of the gazillion anti-aging products out there I should try! I'm 51 & like to think I don't look it (!), but I'm always looking for the "miracle" lotion or potion to get rid of lines and fight gravity! I am using this in conjunction with the Active and Pro Heal Serums & eye cream, but so far I think the real results have been more from the serums than this (I also reviewed the 2 serums and gave them top ratings for literally disappearing my forehead & between-the-eyebrow grooves). I will continue using it, especially on my neck & jawline... can't hurt! :-)

I wanted something for my under-eye area to make it firm again and defy gravity (!), but I haven't seen visible results (yet) with this, so the jury is still out & I'm still looking!

I use this alternately with the IS Clinical Advanced Serum (which I also reviewed). IS Clinical Serums were recommended to me by a beauty mag editor when I asked her to PLEASE help me figure out which of the gazillion anti-aging products out there I should try! I'm 51 & like to think I don't look it (!), but I'm always looking for the "miracle" lotion or potion to get rid of lines and fight gravity! In a couple of months, using both the Advanced Serum and this, my 3 big forehead lines and the big double groove between my eyebrows are literally gone, so I'm sold! Like the Active Serum, this tingles (not stings) and makes my skin feel a bit 'taut', and I use it in the morning and at night on my face & neck, and now I've started using it on the back of my hands, too. Can't hurt! No, IS Clinical serums aren't cheap, but they actually work- amazingly!

Good Skin TRI-AKTILINE Instant Deep Wrinkle Filler
I LOVE this- it really works! Fills in wrinkles & makes them vanish!
Amazing as it sounds this really DOES fill in lines & make them disappear! I'm 50; I use it mostly on my forehead in those 2 horizontal lines, and in the 2 furrows between my eyebrows! AMAZING stuff! It took me a while to figure out how to best use it, but now that I've got the hang out of it I definitely don't want to be without it. The key is a light touch- you need very little product, and applicator tip lets you draw a fine line of product into each wrinkle crease. Gently pat the product into the crease until it fills it and the product almost disappears (it's white, but it pretty much vanishes and leaves a matt finish), and let it set before puttin on makeup. has a very faint, pleasant scent. I try to remember to use it every morning after serum/moisturizer, and when I'm just working in my office (no guests) I don't even wear makeup! It's supposed to have cumulative effects which I hope is true, but I'm Very happy w/the cosmetic results.

Took awhile to get the hang of it, but it works to hold style & control frizz :-)
It took me awhile to get the hang of using it (I'm still experimenting with it), but it does work to hold the style and control frizz. I have short layered hair, and it's quite fine, and when I wear it naturally curly it tends to frizz. I use the Sebastian Whipped Creme on it when it's wet (which I like a LOT) and then this (once it's dry) to style it. The smell is very nice, but not cloying, and the hold is Very good. I have used other products with "fibers" before, but didn't like them- my hair became too sticky & full of "product". This one doesn't do that (I use a Very light touch with it), and actually works! :-) Yes, you have to wash your hands after using it, but you have to wash your hands after using any hair product! I'm rather impressed with the Sebastian line, especially as they are not as expensive as some of the other high-end brand hair-care products out there.

I was VERY impressed with this product! I have Desperately been looking for a mouse or gel that I could put into my damp (wavy) hair, go to sleep on it wet, and wake up with curls- not frizz or "hard" hair or greasy "product-y" hair- and this is the closest thing to perfect I've found yet. (Yes, I am often "low maintenance" when it comes to my hair... If I "iron" it straight it looks great, but the curl is the natural "easy' thing, and I am ever trying to find a way to wear it curly, and tame the frizz and really like the way it looks...). I truly love this "Whipped Creme"- it literally looks and feels like silky whipped cream out of the can, the smeall is nice, and amazingly it leaves my hair soft (and I do get curly waves) when it dries, and it tamed The Frizz Problem. I was actually surprised it was as cheap as it is, given some of the Very expensive products out there... Yes, I'll be buying this again! :-)

Just started using this after a recent trip to the Aveda salon, and so far it's the best gel I've found for my curly hair (I have a frizz problem...). I was not crazy about Aveda "Be Curly" as it really didn't do that... When I wear my hair "natural" I want a head full of "ringlet" curls, and years ago I had a great gel that I would put in my wet hair, go to sleep on it wet, and wake up with a head full of bouncy, perfect ringlets... so naturally I haven't found a gel like that in the last 5 years! (If anyone knows of one that will do that PLEASE tell me...). This is so far the best one I've found lately, but not exactly what I'm looking for, Not enough product & it doesn't do much (hair still frizzes...), too much and your hair is stiff w/product. I'm still experimenting with it...

Yves Saint Laurent Beauty Parisienne Eau de Parfum Spray
Soft, floral, girly, classic, and delicate...
A lovely soft, delicate floral scent with just a hint of woodsyness- my husband said he liked it on me :-) I only wish it lasted longer on me! It's definitely a classic scent: girly and feminine and "pink", and a great addition to one's fragrance wardrobe!

Decided to try the MakeupOptinal kit after reading so many great reviews. So far so good, but no dramatic resutts yet! LOL (I'm 50, look pretty good, but am always looking for the Miracle Product(s) that will remove fine lines, tighten/tone & remove discoloration!) As a mousturizer it's ok, non greasy, & I haven't broken out from it. Don't mind the rather medicinal smell. Jury is still out!
