Maybelline New York Instant Age Rewind Dark Circles Concealer + Treatment
I was so ready to love this product after seeing the reviews, and excited to use it today after a particularly late night that caused some major dark circles. Well, it may have covered the circles, but it settled into my lines (of which I have very few due to oily skin), looked chalky, and was hard to blend. I'll probably try it a few more times, thinking maybe I did it wrong, but how hard is it to apply concealer?

The smell is light and fresh and the lotion absorbs immediately and leaves my skin moisturized. I can't believe that such a low priced product works so well. I use it all over and it works great!

I have tried so many waterproof mascaras that left a line of black underneath my eyes, so I decided to try a non-waterproof one that sounded like it might be a little more natural. Lo and behold, this left no black line, looks natural (all I needed was a little color), and also comes off easily when I want it to. Hallelujah!

I love the color Warm Caramel. It's a quick lip color that goes with everything, and it's moisturizing with just enough color to it. Love it!

I don't know what shade of pink I bought because my "makeup guru" daughter lost my gloss. Sigh. But while I had it I loved it. Sparkly pink perfection. For under $10. Who could ask for more?

I use the Butter Gloss shade Eclair with the NYX Pale Pink Lip Liner, and the Gloss shade Praline with the Nude Beige, and have never been happier with my lip look. I have been looking for a colored gloss that actually had color in it, and I have found perfection. All for under $10 each.

My 13-year-old "makeup guru" daughter introduced me to NYX brand cosmetics, and I am in her debt (well, not really, since I did raise her). I am so happy with this palette. It has made me excited about putting makeup on again! So many beautiful browns to try, and the blushes and highlighters are beautiful too. I used a highlighter as a blush today since I have light skin and it looked truly amazing. And I only paid $14.99. Wonderful.

This is the first liquid eyeliner I have ever tried after trying many "waterproof" pencil liners. It stays on my eyes ALL DAY LONG. It makes me so happy. Plus, when I accidentally have to put it on really thick because I make a mistake on one eye, it doesn't look too dramatic. And it only cost me $8. Wow.
