This crayon is a great product, except for the color. I received the coral and it is awful on my light skin that has a pinkish under tone. It almost looks like clown makeup because it has so much pigment to it. I even applied a little on the back of my husband's hand to see how it would look on a different skin tone and it looks terrible on his medium skin tone. It could be a nice product in a good color because it glides on smoothly on lips and lasts quite a long time. It's easy to dab on cheeks and doesn't have any glitter or shimmer, but has a nice sheen to it. It's just too bad the coral color is so unflattering.

I absolutely love the original Perfect Formula in pink - it makes my nails stronger, they don't peel, I can actually grow some length to my nails and in one simple coat it looks like I have a perfect french manicure. The gel coat colors offer all the same benefits with some added color. They are pale colors and they go on fairly sheer, even with two coats. The amazing thing is that some how they also make the tips of my nails look more white underneath one coat of the pale colors. There is Mystic, which is this incredible frosty, pearly white-ish pink. Taupe is a perfect nude color - a true pale tan that looks great with one coat or a second coat takes away the sheerness and provides more coverage. Powder pink is just that! A kiss of sheer pink that with applying one coat still gives the illusion of a whiter nail tip. It reminds me of a ballerina tu tu! LOL QVC offers a great kit that includes smaller bottles of these three colors and three bottles of the pink gel coat. It's a super affordable way to try out the brand in general. It's great to break up into seperate gifts of one or more bottles or a great way to try the colors for yourself without commiting to full size bottles. If you like Perfect Formula, I think it's fair to say you will love these colors.

I have tried a few of the original Wen versions and didn't find that they did anything special for my hair. But I was watching the presentation on QVC for the Six Thirteen version and got drawn in and was hopeful that this more intensive treatment conditioner would work better for me. Unfortunately, it didn't. It has an odd fragrance that lingers on your hair - my husband hates the smell and I have to agree with him. I followed the directions to the letter and my hair looked OK, but nothing special. I used it as leave in conditioning treatment and I even bought the additional styling cream, hoping that if I used the entire system I would have success. The worst part was that I had more breakage with this Wen than with any other hair product I have ever used. A dramatic amount of more breakage when I would work it through my hair with my fingers, hair would be left in my fingers!! I decided to keep using it, hoping that given enough time, it would turn around and make an improvement in my hair. After approximately two months of use, nothing! No improvement what so ever. My hair color seemed to fade more quickly, the breakage continued, and the appearance of my hair was not really any different. Obviously it isn't worth the expensive cost of the products for me.

This cleansing conditioner is fantastic! I color regularly and I also use a blow dryer daily and a curling iron a few times a week. I don't get my hair cut as often as I should, so it can be a little damaged. This cleansing conditioner made my hair look better the first time I used it, but with continued use it has really helped it look more healthy. It keeps my color looking fresh and vibrant and even adds body to my fine, thin hair. I have found that for me it works best to rinse my hair for about twenty seconds and then add the cleansing conditioner. I do this at the very beginning of my shower and then leave it on for the duration of the time I'm in there and then rinse well when I'm done. I've found the longer I leave it on, the better my hair looks. I don't have oily hair, so I can't say if this would work well on oily hair or not. It works well at removing the hair products that I use on a daily basis, so I think it would at least be worth a try for oily hair. I have tried Wen (and a couple of other brands of cleansing conditioners) and no matter how much I wanted to love it, I just didn't. It did nothing for the look or health of my hair and it's expensive. If I really saw results I wouldn't mind the price so much. I had read about people just using any conditioner and skipping the shampoo step all together and it worked well enough for my hair. But this cleansing conditioner from Herbal Essence works better. It has a pleasant fragrance that doesn't linger. It's very affordable and I like that the larger size bottle comes with a pump. I use a couple of extra pumps once or twice a week for a deep conditioning treatment. There stores that I've been able to find this product in haven't carried the for color treated version, but I would like to try it if I can find it and see if it retains my color even better.

I love scrubs and this is by far my favorite! The "grains" are very smooth, so it doesn't scratch up your skin. Leaves my skin extremely soft, but never red or irritated. It leaves my skin so incredibly soft and smooth - you know that "babies bottom" feel we all strive for. It doesn't irritate, but it does give my skin a rosey look for twenty to thrity minutes. I have a small darker area of sun damage on one cheek and with continued use I have noticed this area lighten and become much less noticable. It's a little pricey, but I only need a little bit, so a container lasts quite a while. Plus, I get extra duty out if it by using it on my neck and chest when I'm done with my face. Just add a little water and transfer the grainy cream to these other areas. And I also make sure to use it on the back of my hands to keep them looking young and on the palms of my hands so they are exfoliated as well and I can really feel just how soft they rest of my skin is!

To be honest I have never really considered the Elizabeth Arden brand. I'm in my mid 40's, but saw it as a brand for more mature (OK, Older!), "well to do" women - you know, the ladies that lunch type of crowd. The prices are much higher than I normally spend on skin care. For $150 to $200+ for a single product, it darn well better give some NOTICEABLE results. I was blessed with good skin and have been careful to take very good care of it. This serum goes on silky and immediately leaves my skin feeling noticeably softer. It absorbs completely and quickly and doesn't leave a sticky or tacky feeling behind like some serums I've used. It makes my combination skin feel hydrated and comfortable - enough so that I don't even bother with a separate moisturizer as long as my foundation and / or powder has an spf. But I do add an additional moisturizer at night for added moisture and benefits.. When I apply the serum, it seems to blur the fine lines I have and even makes my larger pores around my nose appear to be much smaller. If I'm wearing a powder foundation I find that this serum is enough and I don't even need a primer. If I'm using liquid foundation I find I still like the look of using a primer on top of the serum. After about a week of using it morning and night, those fine lines are becoming less visible and even my deeper wrinkles seem to be softening just a bit. My skin is feeling incredibly soft and smooth and even feels a little firmer, something I didn't even realize I was needing any help with. I can't wait to see what the results are after a month or two of using. I may even consider adding some other Elizabeth Arden products!!

This stuff is incredible! It really clears out my pores and gets rid of the stubborn blackheads on my nose! No matter what I do I can never get rid of all the blackheads on my nose. I apply this thickish brown cleanser to clean skin and leave it for 10 minutes while I brush my teeth and get ready for my shower. Then rinse it off and voilà! Blackheads are gone! After just a couple of uses I have hardly any left and it leaves my skin feeling super soft and smooth. I only need a very small amount since I only use it on my nose and on my cheeks where they meet the nose, so a bottle will last a very long time, making this a very affordable treatment product. I have tried masks and pore strips and they offer some help, but even with continued use I can never seem to keep this specific area of my face clear of blackheads. I even use a Clarisonic (that I love dearly!) and while it does a great job everywhere else, the bridge of my nose always has blackheads. At 46 years old to finally find something to really clear out these specific pores is wonderful!!

I do not like Bare Minerals makeup. There is an ingredient "bismuth" in it that irritates my skin and makes me want to claw the skin on my face off because it itches so badly. So I was skeptical to try their night time treatment powder, but after checking the ingredient list and finding no bismuth I gave it a try. I have had large pores for a few years and it was to the point that unless I wore a primer under liquid foundation it looked like I had polka dots where the foundation settled into the large pores. Not a pretty look to say the least! I watched a presentation on QVC about this night treatment and they said they were legally allowed to say that it made the diameter of pores smaller. Not appear smaller, but actually changed the pore size. I had always heard / read that once you got large pores there was no way to permanently shrink them, so this caught my attention. There are also the benefits of less lines and wrinkles, lightening of dark areas and an over all improvement in the look of your skin, but it was the pores I wanted to change more than anything. I was reluctant to spend so much money, but I bit the bullet and placed my order. I used it faithfully every night. It was kind of neat that you could get it in clear (no color) or in light, medium or dark. You got to go to bed with pretty skin! They claimed it wouldn't transfer onto your pillow case, but again I was skeptical. But they were right, even when sleeping on my side, there was no color on my WHITE pillow case in the morning. After a month I was hoping to see some results, but I wasn't sure. My pores looked a little smaller, but maybe it was wishful thinking. I kept using it and after about 60 days I was sure my pores looked smaller. I gave it one more month and at 90 days I could wear liquid foundation without my skin looking like it had polka dots!!! I still wore primer on most days for the other benefits of primer, but I no longer needed it to hide my huge pores! Plus, there were less of my fine lines and the couple of deeper wrinkles I have on my forehead weren't as deep! I continue to use this treatment powder, but now I only use it two to three times a week. I can get by with less and it's a great way to stretch out a container and save a few dollars. They have updated the packaging since it first came out. It now comes with a flat top brush built into the lid that makes it really easy to apply and I have to say I like a great deal more than the original puff that was built into the packaging.

Vera Wang Princess is a lovely fragrance. It reminds me of a grown up version of Love's Baby Soft that I adored as a young girl. If you are over 35 years old you probably had Love's Baby Soft as your first perfume. It was the scent of an entire generation. Princess captivates that soft scent, but made it for a woman. It's sexy, men seem to really love it (my husband sure does and I've gotten several compliments from male strangers) and it's not too strong or heavy. The smell of a perfume is so hard to describe. This one is one that is definately worth tracking down a sample bottle at the department store to see if you love it as much as I do! And the bottle is gorgeous - perfect to leave out on your dresser.

This is a fantastic bikini trimmer!! But please understand that's what it is, a TRIMMER. It's not going to remove the hair completely or shave it off - that's not what it's designed to do. There are several lengths you can set it at, so it's perfect for what ever you need. If you take the guard off (by turning the dial all the way to the longest setting and then give the guard a slight tug) you can trim the hair almost to nothing. To put the guard back on just line it up in the slots, give a slight push and then turn the dial and it will click back into place. It's easy to use, batteries last an incredibly long time and it's easy to clean. It comes with a little brush to clean the hairs out with and you can also pop off the area where the blade is and get the hairs out from underneath it.
