I love how my hair felt so soft and smooth after putting this on with a dose of shine but because I have fine hair, I didn't like how it weighed down my hair. As soon as I put it in the palm of my hands, I can feel how heavy the product is. It also didn't do much to control my frizz. My hair is still complete flyaway alert during the winter months.

Due to the many rave reviews on this, it seems like it only works wonders for extremely damaged hair, which I don't have. My hair is pretty healthy since I've never dyed my hair but have permed and highlighted my hair twice in my lifetime. I wanted more shinier and softer hair. This product didn't do much for my hair. It weighed my hair down, didn't give much volume even though I only used about a dime size. Compared to my John Frieda, I wasn't impressed with the performance and/or price of this. I'm just gonna stick with my John Frieda hair serum for now.

I don't really like Neutrogena brand but I was pleasantly surprised by this product. It's super moisturizing, smells delicious, and doesn't have a funky taste like other crayon packaging balms I've tried. I got this in the color Juicy Peach since I wanted more of a coral color and not too pink like the best selling one, Juicy Papaya. This balm has tiny flecks of glitter in it but doesn't feel gritty on the lips at all. The only thing I didn't really like about this balm is that it's a little too frosty for my taste but not bad enough that it's not wearable. I would've liked for it just to be a tad less frosty and this product would've been a perfect 10!

L'Oreal Paris Infallible Never Fail Lipcolour Compact
Better than the Maybelline Superstay version....
I like how compact this product is and the handy mirror that this comes with. I can reapply on the go without using a separate mirror. The packaging is sleek and many people always wonder if I'm going out for a cigarette break since it looks like a cigarette lighter. (I'm not a smoker btw.) I got this on clearance at Ulta and in the color Terra Cotta which I adore the color. It's a reddish brown color and I get many compliments when wearing it. I think it matches my Asian skin tone perfectly without making my lips look too pale or too dark. This is long lasting and doesn't budge once it's dried. It has a sticky feeling afterwards if you don't use the balm along with it. It does tend to flake off as with any other 2-step lipsticks I've used but I found that this one is more moisturizing than the Maybelline version I've used and the color blends nicely without balling up too much if I apply a lipgloss on top of this. One of the downfalls for this product is that the color might last long but not the balm that comes with it. I always have to reapply the balm every hour or so.

I like how this product absorbed really fast and didn't feel heavy on my face at all nor does it feel greasy. But on the down side, it made me break out like crazy. I have oily skin and after a while, this product burned my eyes. I bought a new face wash along with this moisturizer and at first I thought it was my new face wash but after omitting this and using just the face wash, I realized it was this product breaking me out instead. I would have loved to enjoy this since I'm a big fan of SPF in my moisturizer but too bad, this didn't cooperate with my skin.

They finally have this at Target and I've always wanted to try this after watching Michelle Phan's summer tutorial video. This has an SPF of 50! Wonderful for summer but of course, it leaves a white cast with flash photography. I got this in the color Light and it blends easily into my light Asian skin without making me look too pale. I love how unlike other BB creams I've tried, this is not heavy at all. It's very liquidy, evens out my skin tone, and hydrates my skin well but don't expect this product to cover much redness or imperfections. The only complaint I have about this is that it doesn't have much product when I press the sponge into this and it's pretty pricey too. I have to use a lot of product just to cover up the redness around my nose. I paid $35 for this but was lucky enough to get a promotion with this product--a trial size version of their Multicleanser, Water Sleeping Mask, Water Serum, and the Moisture Cream. I've always wanted to try Korean beauty products and see how they compare to American brands. I'm so happy they finally offer it at Target but this brand is extremely expensive. I don't think I will purchase again just because I can find similar products at the drugstore for a lower price.

I've always wanted to try the overhyped Shu Uemura eyelash curler but Sephora no longer carries it and so I had to settle with this one which many people rave about. I was extremely disappointed. This eyelash curler pinched my eyes like crazy! Even when I'm trying to be super careful. I don't know if it has something to do with my eye shape. I'm Asian and my eyes are somewhat flat but kind of round too so I'm not sure if this was a factor. This curler is pretty wide compared to all the other ones I've used but I find it misses the lashes in the inner corner of my eyes. Also, I can never get the perfect curl with this tool. It makes my lashes bend, not curl. I will be returning this.

These shadows are super pigmented and easy to blend. However, I hate that it comes in a loose shadow form, making it hard for me to use my brushes on it. This works better with the warmth from your fingers. I wish they had more matte colors since all the colors from this collection is super shiny and frosty. Overall, super beautiful colors from what I could see on the display. I only have this in the Golden Emerald color since it was on sale at Target but I do plan to get more colors.

The claims on this is too good to be true. No product I have ever used have shrunken my pores. I think it's genetically impossible. However, I love the consistency of this. It's not too thick like the Miracle Blur or too watery either. It makes my skin feel silky smooth but does little to blur out my pores and fine lines. This is great as a base before applying foundation since it creates a smooth canvas to work from. It's not greasy either. The price on this is expensive. I spent $25 on this but considering that it has more product than other drugstore primers, I think it's pretty decent.

Love the concept of having a blush and bronzer in one. The only thing about this concept is that it's hard to get the brush to get one color without getting a little bit of the other color. This duo is not too powdery and pigmented and I find that after using this several times, the powders have sort of dried up to the point where it's hard for me to get some to transfer onto my brush. I have the color Gloriously Golden since I wanted more of a matte bronzer. The other colors have a sheen for the bronzer part but not this one. I like how the bronzer in this is not too orangey and it's not too dark. The blush color is sort of a Pepto Bismo pink and I was afraid the blush might be too chalky but once applied to my cheeks, I'm surprised it gives a nice natural pink flush without looking too chalky.
