Yves Saint Laurent Beauty Parisienne Eau de Parfum Spray
Give it time to 'set' and you'll be pleased
I admit, I am not a fan of rose scents to begin with. I find that scent to elude to an older woman, just as many previous reviewers have pointed out. I'm 30, and when I first sprayed the scent on, I thought I was too young for the scent, but that I would wear it until it was gone to get a full sense of what others may think. I liked that after the first whiff, it faded into the woodsy spectrum and the rose scent was much softer. After wearing it, my husband noticed and offered the standard 'you smell nice'. I had a few classmates comment that they noticed the smell and thought it was nice and not too perfume-y. Overall I like the scent, but I have to say that I would not purchase the scent, as it does not match me and my personality. I would also not recommend this for anyone in their early 20's, but for the late 20's and up, I think this is a nice day fragrance.

I attest to the many previous reviewers difficulty with the applicator. The sphere almost always has too much mascara on the bristles, so I would need to blot the excess before application. The first few times I did not wipe away the excess and I would end up having to try to separate my clumped lashes with my eyebrow grooming tool. The formula also dries really fast so that would make separating clumped lashes more difficult. I got the hang of it after several uses, but for me, I want a better formula and applicator for my money. The one plus is that if you do blot the excess mascara from the applicator, and you get the application process down, you have a really nice 'day' look, with separated lashes.

I won this lipstick in a prize from this site (thanks totalbeauty) and I got the color Rum Raisin in my bag. It's a nude with a peachy undertone, but it comes on a bit tawny to me, and the color was semi sheer but the texture was a light creamy balm and it glided on super easy.

I have this product in sweet plum and I would swear I was using Clinique's almost lipstick in black honey! The color is so sheer and the texture is nice and balmy - perfect for day!

I'm disappointed to see the bad reviews for this product. The first reviewer said she used the dark brown and it came out black - well, that's how the dark brown looks in any color line right after you color. After your first wash though, the color goes right to it's rich luscious dark chocolate shade and it stays there for good. The fading is absolutely minimal and I don't think there is a better drugstore home color for brown hair. This color does have a glossy healthy look after you use the conditioner, and the scent is actually nice! No joke! Plus, it works in 10 minutes - or 15 minutes if you have gray hair like myself. That is just unheard of and makes this home color the best choice, and definitely worth every cent.

I can't speak highly of the shampoo unfortunately, but the conditioner is outstanding. I love the smell, and the silky feel my hair has after I use this conditioner. I wish the price wasn't so high, but you gotta take the good with the bad sometimes. I have coarse hair with dry ends and this helps, although it's no miracle.

This is a miracle spray, that holds your style, but allows you to move it and play with it, and it will stay however you leave it - all while leaving a satin finish on your hair.

I will say that I'm partial to l'oreal's elnett, and this is in that price range if not more, so that is where I'm being biased. This did give the hair good hold but the staying power wasn't there. I also have a drugstore brand that is 2nd to my l'oreal and it's $3, so this is a good product, but I've found an equal for less.

This is -hands down- the best thermal spray out there. I mist it throughout my hair when it's damp and a little more before I flat iron, and my hair looks like a professional did it. The price is worth it for an important event, if not a must have for everyday. The formula literally acts like a starch and when you add heat to it, it's gonna stay and stay for a while. Bravo!

This is the best drugstore heat protectant I have found! I personally adore Redken spray starch, but this is pretty much the same product but it doesn't have the setting properties that Redken's does. The smell is nice and the spray is not too heavy, plus it's easy on the wallet!
