Not nearly as fabulous the body wash version, but so much better than the average bar. The little flecks of burnt brown sugar gently buff away dead skin and skin is nourished by the karite butter.

One whiff of the new Caress Evenly Gorgeous Exfoliating Body Wash and you'll be counting down the hours until your next shower. The scent is so delicious, I wanted to slap it over a cupcake and devour it. Rich, thick and speckled with burnt brown sugar, the creamy lather gently buffs away dulling dead skin. Even the color is a tantalizing hue of shimmering gold -- so pretty I thought should pour it over vanilla ice cream (perhaps I shouldn't review products on an empty stomach, huh?). The kicker is that the formula is spiked with karite butter, a type of shea butter that gives skin a tall glass of moisture. The after-shower effects are super soft, sublimely scented glowing skin. My only complaint is that they don't have a companion body lotion yet so I could intensify the lingering scent (and that I couldn't eat it). At about $6, Caress Evenly Gorgeous body wash is an affordable little luxury. Also available as a beauty bar, which isn't quite as deliciously gratifying as the body wash but good for you barflies.

I like this hairspray. It's lightweight. It smells good. And it's not stiff or sticky.

My hair is really really (really!) dry and while this product smells great and leaves your hair feeling cleaning, it just felt like it stripped it a bit of moisture. I'll give it props for cute packaging.

A solid lightweight mouse for adding a touch of volume. Better for fine hair. My thick hair tends to do better with gel products. But not bad for $2.99 and love the fresh fruity fragrance.

Not quite hydrating enough for my hair. Granted, I live smack in the middle of the Arizona desert but it did leave my hair thirsty. For $2.99 though, it's a solid everyday conditioner with a light fruity scent.

Out of the new Herbal Essences collection, this one is my fave. Of course it's the most expensive but still a steal at $5.49. Great on wet hair to soften and add fragrance and also useful as a finishing cream for fly-aways and softening frizz and ends.

Gives lips a healthy coat of protective balm with a kick of shimmer. Love it. And love the price at less than $3 bucks. My favorite is the Tropical flavor.

How could you go wrong with this must-have beauty tool? Hip new packaging to boot! Wish they had created one design in all pink or a fresh green. But much improved on the boring old blue and white packs of yore.

Props to LOreal in the creativity department but I found the stiff but spongy applicator tip to be a little too pointy for the delicate eye area. The idea is cool -- a soft, powdery finish that glides on like a pencil -- but the applicator is too stiff. Also found application to be slightly messy and flaky. Boo. Wanted to like it.
