I have had a love hate relationship with this product for the last few years. It's been a constant experiment of using different leave-in conditioning product in conjunction with it and applying more or less of it. Too much and your hair is crunchy and flat. Too little and it's poofs and frizz galore! Just enough: Perfection. I have finally found the perfect combo to get soft, crunch free, frizz free, touchable curls. So...of course....THEY DISCONTINUE IT! A few spritzes of Pantene detangler and light conditioning mist, a dab of coconut oil worked through just the ends, a quarter size blob of gel(no bigger or smaller)rubbed in my hands and then finger combed through(ends first) was finally the perfect curly routine. I will now go to as many stores as possible that sell this and stock up as soon as payday comes around again. That will buy me some time to find a replacement hopefully(if an adequate one exists). I am so disappointed that they're not selling this anymore. This gel gave me the perfect weightless, frizz-free, spiral ringlets without making my hair sticky. Stock up while you can ladies!

I have this is in the shade called 'Tiki'. It gives a gorgeous golden sheen to the skin. This is a very finely milled baked powder. It can be used wet or dry. It's very soft and gives a diffused glow to the skin. It is not glittery. I have heard many people say that this is an almost exact duplicate for MAC's 'soft and gentle' mineralize skinfinish. I cannot attest to that as I have never tried that shade. However I do own a skinfinish in the shade 'lightscapade' and I can tell you that the texture is amazingly similar. Hard Candy is just a little bit more pigmented and not quite as smooth. I have heard great things about this product working on darker skins beautifully and can personally say that it works very well for anyone NC15 or over if applied sheerly. This product does not seem to contain any fragrance that I am aware of. If you have more pink tones in your skin you may wish to skip this one as it is more of a yellowy gold and this may clash with your skintone. This product applies so smoothly and evenly with a damp sponge, a dry brush, or just your finger tips. I think it is a great product that I would be willing to pay much more for(ssshhhhh...don't tell Hard Candy). I'm not really sure why this is marketed as a 'bronzer', though, because it really is nowhere near dark enough and is way to glowy in my opinion. If you did apply it like a bronzer you may end up looking a bit too shiny and it may come off as greasy-looking. But, as a highlighter, I reach for this a lot(and I'm a highlightaholic so that's saying something). I think this product will work for the majority of skintones and for $9 at Walmart if you haven't picked this up already you need to go get it now before it sells out again. Gorgeous product. Highly recommend.

This retails for $6 at Walmart and is a Walmart exclusive product now. I like this gloss. It does give a nice little plumped effect to the lips. It feels slightly warm and tingly upon application. It has a nice shine to it but I find that it bleeds if you go overboard with it so just make sure that you are not to generous with it and you should be fine. I find that it is a little sticky. On a windy day expect your hair to wind up plastered to your lips at some point. The sheer pink has gold shimmer in it and looks really pretty. This smells really nice. Kind of like sweet brown sugar. However, this does not come across in the taste. If you get this in your mouth it is an unpleasant plastic flavor. You get a decent amount of product in this, but I find that the packaging is a bit deceiving. The plastic tube is quick thick and has a magnifying illusion that makes it look fuller than it is. But it still lasted me a few months with constant use. This is not the most effective lip plumper I've ever used. But, I like that the somewhat waxy consistency protects my lips from being chapped by wind or getting otherwise dried out. It seals in moisture nicely in my opinion. The price is nice and affordable for anyone to give a try and I think this is one worth picking up if you want to start off with a mild lip plumper just to see what it's like before investing in a stronger one. They give a nice gloss with a small amount and the shimmer adds a nice brightness to your over all look. Plus they smell like sugar so it's a win-win! Just don't apply too much or get it in your mouth and you'll be golden. Not bad for the price! Some of them can feel a bit gritty if they have larger shimmer though so be aware of that if that is something you try to avoid in a gloss.

These single eyeshadows are fantastic. The price is super affordable and they are often on a buy one get one 50% off at Ulta anyway. The metallic shades are to die for. They make your eyelids look like they are glistening because they give such a nice shine. Even the matte shades apply smoothly(not chalky at all)and blend like a dream. This is hard to find in drugstore makeup. All the the different shades are consistent in payoff aside from a handful of brights being a little more sheer. The satin finish ones are my favorite. They are so silky and blend with no effort at all. I like to use these for my transition shade. The glitter shades need a sticky bad for the glitter to adhere or else only the matte base will translate onto your lids. I like the secure packaging for travel but if you are looking to save space these can be easily depotted and popped into an empty palette with some glue and a magnet. Their shade range is very extensive. You have your standard neutrals, neon brights, metallic shades, and everything in between. I really can't ask for much more from a drugstore price range line or any line for that matter. I have several of these in my own Z Palette. My favorite shade is either champagne or suede. Suede is my perfect crease color and champagne is a great everyday lid color. I'd recommend giving some of these a try if you haven't already. I like to get mine from cherryculture(dot)com because they always have sales and deals. You can find really great summer brights for a pop of color in your look or do an everyday office look with these shadows. I highly highly highly recommend that you try these eyeshadows out. I can't wait to get more come payday!

I love this product. It has a hygienic and convenient pump bottle. You get 2oz. I only took one star off because the price is a bit high for drugstore but honestly this is worth it and skincare is one thing that I personally don't mind investing in. I love that the packaging is opaque so that all of the ingredients stay fresh and effective. It has a nice high SPF to protect your skin from sun-damage since the hyaluronic acid can make your skin more sensitive to sun. It is easy to blend into the skin without having to rub hard. The smell is like sunscreen but it doesn't linger or smell too strong like other lotions can that have a lower SPF. This product sinks in quickly and doesn't leave the skin greasy. The hyaluronic acid helps to keep my skin balanced all day by attracting moisture from the air. This lotion is nice and light and creamy and makes my skin nice and soft and hydrated. It works great alone or under makeup. I have oily combo skin and I still use it even though it's meant for normal to dry and it works great for me. Also, I have Seborrheic Dermatitis and the acids in this help to keep flare ups at bay since yeast/fungus/bacteria can't grow in an acidic environment. I just completely love this product and will stick with it for a long time to come. I think everyone should try this.

I have seborrheic dermatitis and sometimes it flares up on my lips. This makes the flakes and bumps disappear faster than anything else. The natural peppermint oils cool and soothe the delicate skin while killing yeast and bacteria. It's not sticky. It glides on smoothly and thinly. It doesn't feel slippery or greasy either. This really helps to protect my lips by sealing in moisture so they don't dry out further. It's very cheap and easy to find too. I only wish it came in a squeeze tube because the little pot is a bit unsanitary and it gets under your nail when you try to get it out because the opening is narrow. Over all this is a must-have for me, though.

This product is very affordable and gives a light-medium coverage. You can't build it up too much though because it doesn't set on it's own and would become cakey when set with a powder. This is a very liquid, wet sort of consistency and feels refreshing and hydrating on the skin. It glides very nicely over dry patches and fills in pores beautifully. However, it doesn't last very long on my oily skin even with powder and touch ups. It blends so easily with your fingers, a brush, or a sponge. I feel the shade range for this favors pink a bit too much as most people have yellow undertones. And, I also think it doesn't go light/dark enough. I have it in vanilla which is yellow toned(nc15-20)and it matches me perfectly. This gives a gorgeous satin finish to the skin so if you have dry skin this will probably be a real winner for you. Or if you have normal skin this will give you a beautiful glow. I do wish this came with a pump but that's with most drugstore foundations. Over all this is a great product but only for a few hours of wear for me.

This stuff makes my hands so nice and moisturized. It really does make my nails and cuticles healthier too. The smell is nice and light and sweet. Kind of floral but not overpowering. I love how quickly this sinks in. I cannot stand greasy hands and this doesn't leave them slick or sticky. This removes the ashiness between my fingers very well and keeps it that way for longer than most. The price is very low as well and you can find it anyway. It comes in a nice little squeeze tube with a snap top for your purse or a bottle with a pump for at work/home. Over all I just really like this one. Definitely one of my favorites. I just don't think it makes my hands AS soft as Nivea Soft does. But, it's still a great product. I have even found that it lightens any scars from little scratches or paper cuts with the AHAs it contains. Give it a shot the next time you go shopping!

This is such a luxurious, rich body cream I love using it on my legs especially. I haven't had it in a while because it is kind of pricey but it lasts a decent amount of time. It smells like lemon slices and sweet lemonade. It makes me just want to dip my finger in and eat it. That's how good this stuff smells! This sinks in really quickly too without leaving you greasy so I even use this as a hand cream. Makes your feet smell nice and fresh too and does a good job of softening. I love how natural it is. It makes a great present for anyone who loves lemons. My husband is sensitive to fragrances but even he likes this one because it is soft and fresh. I do wish the smell would linger a little longer but lemon essential oil is a top note so it fades pretty quickly. I also wish this came in a squeeze tube so it would be more hygienic. But, over all I love this product. My mother does too so I may just get it for her the next time her anniversary rolls around. This is definitely a must try!

I am a lip balm addict and this one just didn't cut it for me. I felt like it never really sunk into my lips and I hated the smell of it. It feathered around my lips and gave me little pimples because of the oils in it. So I could only apply a thin layer at a time and had to reapply often. I thought it would be fruity and sweet because of the pomegranate but it is more herbal smelling. It tastes pretty bad if you get it in your mouth or forget you're wearing it and lick your lips during a meal or something. And, for some reason it made my throat scratchy. I don't know why. This one really disappointed me. I like using natural products but for me this just wasn't worth it. It is nice and affordable, though. But, I just couldn't get past the strong lingering smell and the bad taste/scratchy throat. It was so unpleasant to me that I couldn't even use it just at night because it kept me up! This was a fail for me. But, I love lots of other burt's bees products.
