    Pond's Cucumber Cleanser

Great for non acne prone skin

This product is excellent for removing every trace of even the most stubborn makeup. Unfortunately I cannot use it because of the skin condition I have. Too much moisture gives me flare ups. Also I did break out a little when using this but that might have been from stress at the time. It is creamy and thick like a moisturizer but you can use it to 'wash' your whole face. Apply a thin layer. Gently massage in. rinse with luke warm water. No moisturizer required. It has beeswax and mineral oil to protect your skin and lock in moisture. It really softens your skin and I like the smell of it personally. It's a shame I can't use it.

    Cetaphil Daily Facial Cleanser

    Great Basic Cleanser

I have sensitive skin and this doesn't dry out my skin any more than any other facial cleanser. It doesn't have much of a scent either which is good. I use this morning and night and my skin is never irritated by it. It doesn't send my skin into oil production overload(as my skin is oily/combo). It takes my makeup off just fine at night even around my eyes. I don't wear waterproof makeup, though, so I can't say how well it works if you do. I have been using this for many months. I love the fact that it comes with a pump. Much easier to use when your hands are wet and easy to control how much you dispense. I think this is the best one I have tried so far but, when it runs out I'll probably try something else before I come back to it again :)

  • CeraVe PM Facial Moisturizing Lotion

    CeraVe PM Facial Moisturizing Lotion

Best Night Cream I Have Ever Tried

I love this lotion so much. It's $13 for 2ozs. Not bad if you ask me. It has niacinamide to gently draw moisture to your skin and soften. This makes my skin SO smooth and radiant when I wake up in the morning. It is very easy to work into the skin too. I only need 2 pumps so it lasts about 2 months for me. I love how thin and non-sticky the texture is and how it still hydrates so thoroughly. This is a miracle in a bottle for me and I love that it has a pump. Hygienic dispensing mechanisms are key in my book. And the packaging is opaque to preserve all the products goodness until you are ready to apply it. The high acidity of this is great for your skin because it makes it hard for bacteria or yeast to grow thus preventing flare ups of dermatitis and any breakouts. This makes your skin clear and smooth. Try it out!

  • E.L.F. Poreless Primer

    E.L.F. Poreless Primer

    Great Silicone Primer

I have had Smashbox Photo Finish Primer in the past. It didn't improve my skin texture, it made me oilier, and the pump broke. This product is super cheap and it works miracles on a bad skin day. It smooths the skin and holds my makeup on longer. It really helps to control oil. I can even get away with a dewier foundation if I put this underneath. It puts a nice barrier between your makeup and your skin and doesn't clog pores. It's very soothing and easily blended too. You need the tiniest bit smoothed over(half a pea size). And it has a pump! That works! What a novelty. I think everyone should try this out. It helps any flakiness lie flat for my skin too since I have Seborrheic Dermatitis. If you are sensitive to silicone definitely skin this one. Love this stuff!

    Benefit High Beam Liquid Highlighter

I have the deluxe sample size tube

This is a pretty good liquid highlighter. It adds a nice pinky glow to the apples of your cheeks if you're going for a dewy look. Adds dimension on the cheekbones. I do wish it was less pink toned and a little more peachy. It comes off just a little too cool on my pale yellow toned skin. But, it blends nicely and works as a good base for powder products. Looks good in photos too. Not too shimmery. More luminous, I'd say. It's a bit pricey but the quality is awesome.

  • E.L.F. Shadow Lock Eyelid Primer

    E.L.F. Shadow Lock Eyelid Primer

It works for an evening out

I like this primer. Don't love it, though. It cancels out any redness on my lids and helps hide any thread veins around my eyes. However it does give a white cast which won't work for all skin tones. And, it doesn't last all day. I can wear this for 6-7 hours without creasing depending on how humid it is. So if I'm going out at night and not doing my makeup til that evening it works just fine and will last as long as I need it too. I do this often to conserve my more expensive Too Faced Shadow Insurance. I like the wand applicator. It makes it easy to roll a little onto the back of your hand and pat it onto your lids with your fingers. It works great by itself for those with allergies to make your eyes look less irritated, too. Good little product. You get plenty of it and it only costs $1.

    E.L.F. All Over Color Stick

    I really like these!

I have one in the shade Spotlight. It makes a lovely little luminous cream highlight for the tops of my cheeks and cupids bow. It's a tad sticky but this helps it wear longer and you can always set with translucent powder or something in a similar shade. They smell a little weird like plastic but you don't notice it when applying it or after application. The lid snaps on tightly too so it's great for touch ups and keeping in your makeup bag for when you need a little extra glow. They're only a dollar so there's nothing to lose in trying them out.

    E.L.F. Studio Complexion Brush

Great Brush For An Even Better Price!

This brush is such a nice quality. It NEVER sheds and I used it every day for bronzer. It's soft and deposits product evenly. I love that it has a pinched ferrell as this makes it more precise. The slight taper at the ends makes blending effortless. This brush gets the job done. It's cruelty free since it's synthetic. And, It's only $3. Why not get one?!

  • E.L.F. Mechanical Eyelash Curler

I have tried many eyelash curlers in the past. Trim, Revlon, Sally Hansen. But, none of them have curled as well as this one has. The pads are super soft and squishy so that they cushion your lashes against damage. And, It's only a dollar! You can't beat that. I love it even more since they came out with the replacement pads sold separately. You get five in a pack for a buck! Such a good value and great quality. It fits my eyes very nicely to reach the outer lashes and it really curls them well from root to tip. Because the pad is quite soft just be careful not to pinch your lid. Other than that happy curling!

  • GlamGlow YouthMud Tinglexfoliate Treatment

I definitely see results with this one. I use this more when I have an active breakout than an every weekend sort of thing. It softens, smooths, brightens, and exfoliates dead skin. However this lost a few stars in my book. For, one thing it is very uncomfortable to wear(longest ten minutes of your life). It stings a lot and feels very cold(this means it's working). Also, It's VERY expensive. You get not even 2 oz. for $69! The final let down was the packaging. I appreciate the opacity of the jar as it helps to preserve the antioxidant properties. However, it is a jar nonetheless and unless you have a disposable spatula lying around somewhere getting some out means digging a finger in the jar(which is a bit unhygienic even with hand washing). Nonetheless this mask is very effective. You will definitely see results. But, I would skip this if your skin is sensitive to glycolic acid.
