Hi! I ordered two Total Beauty Holiday Collection Boxes and only one arrived. I was charged for two and my order confirmation clearly states two were ordered. Where is my second package. I only received one tracking number. Since both Collection Boxes were on the same order I was looking for a second tracking number. Where do we go from here? Thank you
