I can't believe I bothered finishing the bottle of Clean & Clear's Morning Burst Facial Cleanser... I hate the smell of it (very fake & fruity) and how it did nothing for my skin. I thought the beads would benefit my skin by exfoliating where I had dry patches & flaking but that made ut worse. My skin felt uncomfortably tighter after using this & my toner would sting too. It dried out my already dry skin.

Nothing is perfect, nothing.. besides Tweezerman's slant tweezers. Mini or not. I've always wanted to try Tweezerman but I could never shell out the $20 for it. And then I found the Mini Slant Tweezer for $7-10 at Nordstrom Rack. I mean, they're just a small-travel convenient pair of the original right? They are FANTASTIC. I have had mine for over 3 years now & they help out so much. Even the tiniest, thin hair can be removed with this tweezer. Past tweezers for me have pinched skin & pulled out in wicked pain. With Tweezerman, nothing hurts. I don't even feel the hairs come out down to the root! Seriously fantastic, everybody should have a pair :)

I'm a fan of the BioSilk Cure but I think something has changed (besides the packaging). I bought this on a whim when I saw it being sold at Nordstrom Rack. I thought, well what the hay! I liked the Cure/serum so why not give this shampoo a try. I threw the shampoo out. Each time I used this, I felt like I had just been to a public swimming pool & washing my hair in the change room. My hair was in tangles, brittle & dry. There was little lather but it made my hair a big mess in the shower. I lost a lot of hair trying to comb out the mess & the natural silkyness. I still like the scent of the shampoo though, smells like going to the salon.

I have a tendency to apply more primer than foundation... You definitely can't do that with this one. My face was greasy after using Revlon's Smoothing Primer. I like primers with a thin, gel-like consistancy. This is more of a thick, oily jelly. Think of the thickness of Vaseline but not AS thick but still stiff. Quite expensive for a drugstore primer too. My t-zone is even shinier than when I don't use primer. For the colder season, this might help the dry patches on my face. There is a little difference in how my make up looks. My foundation doesn't settle into fine lines & it is much softer when I use it. Still, it doesn't make my make up last.

I used this twice at a friends house when I forgot to bring my own cleanser. I don't know why she liked it.. there wasn't any fizzing! After using this cleanser, I felt as if there was still something left on my face. May it be residue or make-up - it was gross. I wasn't "clean" after! I didn't like the smell either. Kind of medicinal & perfume-like. I am certainly glad that I didn't buy this for myself.

I looked like had a bruised eye after using this eye "marker". I lined my eyes as thin as I could with it. If I teared up or sweat up, the marker would thin & turn blue. When trying to clean up the mess, my eyes would be a faint blue all over - kind of bruised looking. I love the felt tip though, it was so fine & precise. Too bad the formula was useless.

I bought the MAC Volcanic Ash Exfoliator based on amazing reviews all over. A bit overrated I must say. It is limited edition so temptation kicks in... I want to have an extra just in case. Although the actual product isn't that great. Blahblahblah, real volcanic ash we get it. The sugar crystals? Painful! They scratch my skin & cause inflammation if I don't wet my hands before & after I apply! Too MUCH water will melt the crystals & I won't be able to exfoliate. It's not like my face isn't already sopping wet too! The MAC Volcanic Ash Exfoliator smells earthy & ashy, not good for sensitive noses. I would say it's a little expensive but it isn't as if we have a load of volcanic ash resourses. The product itself also doesn't really do much for my skin. My skin feels fresh & clean after using it but I don't see any less or more in pimples.

For a drug store clay mask, it's very cheap & accessible. I bought mine on sale for $3.99 at my local drugstore. The first time I tried it, my face felt very fresh & awake. I try not to over use this or my face will lose moisture & become uncomfortably tight. I like the minty scent it has (very invigorating) but it makes me want to use it more & more! If I really want a deep pore cleanse, I steam my face with a tub of hot water or hot towel & follow up with this mask. My pores are steamed & cleared while the mask closes my pores & tightens my skin. I am not very fond of the ingredients though but I can't let go just yet.

I do not see any difference in growth on my brows or my lashes. I mainly bought it because of the reviews on another beauty website but this does nothing. I haven't used this religiously but all it seems to do is strengthen my lashes. My brows - no difference in anything. When I wake up in the morning & wash my face, this film/glue type appears on my eye lashes & lids. Kind of like a peel. So think of false eyelash glue dried & then put under water... it becomes white/black & tacky. I didn't have any irritations like others but be careful what you but on/near your eyes. They are one of the 5 more important body parts for your 5 senses! Besides the strengthening of my lashes, there was no growth which doesn't live up to it's name. We can only dream of a product like this that actually gives a thicker & fuller set of lashes without the $200 price tag.

Poor choice of colours. Everything looks grey & shimmery (not very flattering). I have tried this twice in hopes I would actually like it after. The brush was fine but the mascara formula was icky. It came on thick & clumpy & I couldn't seperate my lashes very well without using lash comb. The colours (both times) came out grey & shimmery (think of worn out stainless steel). And wait until it smudges, it looks 10 times better! I absolutely hated it. I could have saved my money both times to get a high end mascara that I would enjoy.
