These strips should be used on clean, dry skin. It also helps to lightly dust the hairs with baby powder or corn starch and to make sure you rub the strips so that they warm up before applying.. That being said I found them to be quite harsh on my skin (well at least more than a regular hot wax) and more likely to leave a red mark behind. The pluses are they are quite convenient and can be used very quickly. I usually keep some form of wax strips for times that I notice a patch of hair that may have been missed during a hot wax or if a random patch of hair grows faster than the rest. It is nice to be able to zap it within seconds without microwaving anything. These are pre-cut but you'll probably have to trim them down some more because the long strips aren't very effective. I do like the finishing oil, but I've used regular olive oil for the same result. Overall I'd recommend dealing with the mess and hassle of a hot wax over these strips.

Lush soaps kind of run the gamut. Some of them are amazing and some of them aren't very good so it is worth trying out a few to find what works for your skin. I have dry skin and really like Figs & Leaves, and Honey I Washed the Kids. If you are buying from a Lush store it could be worth it to ask the sales people to let you try a couple before you make your purchase. They usually have sinks and buckets of water so you can grab a sliver and wash your hands with it. They also have some awesome holiday soaps that only come out for a limited time. Overall, I really like Lush soaps for their unusual scents and quality. They are a bit pricey but if you shop around you can find the perfect bar for yourself.

First, this is not like conventional soaps. It does have a strong and unique scent, but personally I like it. The fragrance free one smells a bit like a bottle of olive oil and the scented ones are combo of that scent with whatever is added. It also doesn't lather up like regular soap. You don't really need lather to get clean, but if you are a lather junkie, you may want something that has ingredients added to create lather. That being said this soap left my skin clean, smooth and soft. The last thing about this soap is that you need to make sure that it gets a chance to dry. Have a well draining soap dish and don't leave it where your shower flow can hit it because if it soaks in water it becomes a big soggy mess. Keep it dry and it will last a long time, let it get soggy and you'll be wasting your money.

This is definitely better than a disposable razors. As far as replacement head razors, I'd say it is pretty good if in the upper price range of similar razors. The blades are pretty sharp and last a fairly long time. The only thing that doesn't last at all is the moisture strip...it'll be useless after one or two shaves. The heads are easy to replace and moves quite easily so that you don't have to put any pressure to shave. Just skin the razor over your skin and you'll get a nice close shave. The handle has a nice grip and is fairly long so you can hold it in a variety of positions.

Sadly, all of Lush shower gels are rated under one heading right now. I haven't tried and of the shower smoothies, but for the gels, not all of them are created equal. I find Lush shower gels aren't that great for lather junkies, but it isn't the lather that makes you clean, so if you don't mind washing up without tons of bubbles they'll still leave you clean and if you find the right formulation and scent, happy. My favorite of these gels is the Happy Hippy. It has an excellent grapefruit scent and leaves skin feeling fresh in the summer. They are a bit pricey for shower gel though, so I can't afford to only use Lush shower gels.

I've tried a few brow colors and Anastasia's are my favorite. It comes with two colors so I can blend to get the perfect amount of definition. With the right brush it gives me a feathery application so that filled-in spots look natural. The powder lasts for a long time and blends well with brow hairs. The application is smooth. It is a bit pricey, but for me it is worth it.

These are great massage bars. They melt into your skin quickly, although once your skin already has a layer of it I'd recommend putting it to the side so that it lasts longer. They moisturize well and have fabulous scents. The Wiccy Muscles Massage bar has a fabulous cinnamon scent that I enjoy using as just a regular lotion. The adzuki beans are great for helping knock out kinks while adding moisture. The Mange Too bar is a delicious honey scent. Soft Coeur (the Honeymooner) has a great chocolate scent. Both are sexy and great for a romantic night although be careful with the chocolate bit in Soft Coeur because it can stain fabric. I enjoy the glitter bars to put glitter on my skin or hair, but I prefer not to use them during massage because sometimes the glitter is a bit scratchy. These last a long time if you use them sparingly.

I really love the white chocolate. The java chocolate spice is also really nice. Though they have a great scent, they are flavorless. The cocoa butter is nice and moisturizing and helps the balm glide on smooth and prevent it from feeling waxy. Good lip balms.

The scent of this shower gel is really nice. I really love the grapefruit & mint scent. The scent is nice and refreshing in the shower and doesn't really stick to your skin. The gel also leaves my skin feeling clean even though it doesn't lather a whole lot. My biggest problem with this is that it is quite pricey for what you are getting. I do pick it up when it is on sale though.

If you are buying this just as a lotion, I'd say only get it on sale or find another brand because it isn't much lotion for the price. However, if you are buying it as a way to scent yourself instead of with a perfume then go ahead and indulge. As a lotion this stuff is fine. It is a bit watery so I find I have to be careful with my application, but it moisturizes normal skin just fine. I would recommend finding the scents that work for you as I find some of them overpowering and fake. That being said there are many scents to choose from and what doesn't work for me may work for me. The scent stays on the skin for a long time and slowly releases itself all day.
