I find micropencils incredibly handy, and this one got the job done. I was pleased that the formula was creamy enough that it slid on without any tugging. The downside? This did feel a bit chintzy. The spoolie was really stiff and scratchy, and even popped off a couple of times.

This was unexpectedly good. In the past year, I've become kind of a tinted-brow-gel-junkie, and I was pleasantly surprised at how well this one worked. Though the brush is on the verge of being too big, this product gave my brows a full, feathered look and stayed put all day (even lasting through spin class). Though I will probably continue to reach for Boy Brow or Gimme Brow first, at $9, this is a solid dupe.

No major complaints, but there was nothing that felt new or stood out about this chapstick. It's very pigmented, slightly messy to apply, relatively silky and moisturizing. If I lost it, I would probably forget about it.

Nothing to complain about, but nothing about this body wash blew me away either. The foaming dispenser is a nice feature for germaphobes/simple creatures like myself who don't like to use a loofah or wash cloth in the shower. However, I did wonder if I'd deplete the bottle more quickly than other body washes, due to its relatively small size and how much product is dispensed at once. One final note: This has a strong smell, which didn't bother me, but it "smelled too much like potpourri" for my husband.

I was initially put off by the solid/Crisco/balm-like texture of this (which was kind of unwieldy in the shower -- I felt like I kept dropping chunks), but when I used it, I did feel like it had a nice grain density. I truly felt like I was exfoliating. This didn't leave my skin especially slick or moisturized. Loved the packaging, but in the end, this was just OK.

I appreciate that this product contains stable vitamin C, and I like that it's so lightweight, which is nice for daytime. However, I did find the smell to be quite strong, and a bit unpleasant. In addition, this didn't absorb into my skin as quickly as I thought such a lightweight formula would.

Pros: Did what it said it would, and left my lips smoother than they were. Inexpensive. Cons: Slightly bitter taste.

The pros: A silky, non-goopy formula in fun mix-and-match flavors -- for a bargain of a price. The cons: I feel like I've tried this lip balm a thousand times before. Though I can see it being a staple for some people, there was nothing for me that set it apart from other similar products. Plus, the bulky packaging isn't for me (I like a slender tube that I can stash in my pocket).

First, the good: This product offers a subtle bronze and a natural glow, which would be great for faking a dewy, sun-kissed look. The problem? It's not sheer enough to be a straight-up highlighter, it's not pigmented enough to be a blush, and it's too shiny to be a contour stick. Plus, it didn't last long enough for my liking.

This double-sided mascara offers one wand and formula that seems to lengthen and one that you layer over the first to add volume. While this mascara did what it said it would and added some definition to my lashes, there are lots of more impressive mascaras that work sans gimmick. Give me one wand and one formula that wows me!
