Full coverage color and a creamy texture -- as you'd expect from TF. The minis are priced better than the full size, which is convenient, and it's fun to speculate whose namesake lipstick you're wearing.

The problem is that my expectations for Kat Von D products are so darn high. I've been wowed by pretty much everything I've tried from this brand, so I hoped this powder would be nearly miraculous. It's not that it's a bad product, it just wasn't amazing. First, the packaging felt cheap compared to other loose powders I've tried (a superficial gripe, I know). Then, it went on kind of chalky and it didn't seem to quite hold up all day.

This wears like a standard drugstore foundation. It provided medium coverage but didn't seem to last all day or do much for my oily skin.

The fun array of colors and variety of finishes give you a lot of choices, which seems like a big strength of this new line. I tried a comfort matte, and though it was, true to its name, comfortable, it went on quite sheer. I felt like I had to pile it on to get the desired amount of pigment and coverge.

This is a lightweight, fairly moisturizing lip oil that temporarily imparts a subtle sheen and light pigment on the lips. It has a fruity flavor that's not unpleasant. Overall, not bad.

This does look really pretty in the tube -- iridescent and almost holographic -- but its effects on the lips is more subtle. It provides a pretty sheen and a little bit of pigment. Definitely requires reapplication. At $45 definitely a splurge...and one I'm afraid I can't totally justify.

This feels so silky going on and leaves behind pretty popsicle-stained lips. It's decently moisturizing without feeling heavy, but the pigment and shine does wear off quickly.

This gives my hair an instant lift, without leaving behind greasy or crunchy product buildup. Plus, it's got that signature heavenly Living Proof scent.

This mascara wand was kind of flat, which strangely worked for me. However, I just didn't get much volume or length from the formula.

Wow! This lipstick well outperformed its measly $5 pricetag. The applicator's shaped like a Barbie foot, which perfectly hugs the contour of my bottom lip, making for precise application. Though it goes on a touch sticky, it dries fairly quickly to a pretty matte, velvety finish. And then there's the stay power. This stuff lasts all. day. long. We're talking from coffee through lunch, dinner, cocktails and beyond.
