This is a very nice powder. It works with almost every foundation. I used is wet once several years ago but it was left with cracks and was never the same again. It's too expensive for this to happen. My recommendation is that it only be used dry. Another drawback is that it can make a hydrating foundation look muddy. To prevent this, I set my foundation with a small amount of Lancome's Photogenic loose translucent powder (although a less-expensive brand would be okay) and then dust on a little Dual Finish powder on top of that. Lovely finish that lasts for hours!

You've got to give Clinique its props for having been a front-runner years ago in the pure ingredients department. While Clinique offers pure, high-quality products, other manufacturers have long since jumped on the band wagon by offering similar products with similar ingredients at far more affordable prices. Dramatically Different is a very good, all-around general-appeal moisturizer, and were it not for the high price, I would give it a better rating. Clinique keeps coming up with imaginative products, but they no longer corner the market on purity and quality.

The only problem I have ever had with any NYX lipstick, including the matte line, was the assortment of shades. I have found them to be either mostly dark or very bright and unflattering. The cream lipsticks feel good but don't seem to last. I happen to like Strawberry Daiquiri, the only NYX matte lipstick shade that works on me. It looks good, feels good, and lasts. It is blendable with other lipsticks as well to achieve a particular color and finish. There are a lot of other NYX products I like as well. The quality is professional and the prices are drug store competitive.

I have been using Revlon Moondrops clear Lip Conditioner SPF 6 for years. I have tried other brands' counterparts but nothing beats this one. It's exceptional under and/or over any lip color. There is also a vast array of Moondrops shades as well. It's inexpensive and available everywhere. Buy other lipsticks if you prefer them, but the Moondrops Lip Conditioner is the best.

I wasn't crazy about this body wash. Although it felt nice and worked well, I didn't particularly like the fragrance. It was heavy and not clean-smelling. I might buy another Dove body wash for all the Dove properties that I like, but I won't buy Pro-Age again.

This shower and bath gel has a non-overpowering clean fragrance. It leaves me feeling clean and moisturized, making it a pleasure to use. Definitely give this a try.

This is a nice curling iron which heats up fairly quickly. Mine has lasted longer than I though it would. My only complaint is that it won't stay on the heating setting that I want unless I put transparent tape over it. It's easy to unknowingly change the setting and even turn the iron off altogether during use unless you use tape to keep the heat setting in place. Other than that, I like this curling iron.

I prefer body lotions that are fragrance free so that they don't interfere with my perfume. This one is not only fragrance free but provides a thorough, long-lasting moisture barrier against even the harshest elements. I have never been disappointed with any St. Ives product, and this one is a particular favorite. It's quality is superior, it lives up to all its claims, and is affordable and available everywhere. I highly recommend this product.

The entire Hard Candy cosmetics line is fun! The Lash Tinsel Mascara brush is skimpy, though, and won't thicken or lengthen lashes, so I don't use it alone. First I use a volumizing mascara, let it partially set, and then use the Lash Tinsel on top, so my lashes get the thickening and lengthening I want topped off with some sparkle. I've only ever seen the Hard Candy line at WalMart,, but it's inexpensive enough to try any number of the products.

My niece is a cosmetologist who colors and cuts my hair. She recommends not only this shampoo to protect my color but other professional Paul Mitchell cleansing, conditioning, and styling products as well. I have never been disappointed with any of them. It's not even the most expensive professional line available. This is a definite must for color-treated hair.
