"Long-lasting makeup for all skin types. Water-resistant. Stays fresh-looking through heat, humidity, activity. Semi-matte finish". Work-Out Makeup provides more coverage than Almost Makeup, but without being a full-on heavy duty coverage type. If you are one to wear makeup to the beach or pool, or perhaps you like a makeup to take the place of your faux-tan, then this one would be a better choice. Sadly, Work-out Makeup only comes in five shades, and the darker shades are not in the line up. This is such a shame as I really think that this makeup really suits it purpose and I know a woman or two that would really love it, if only darker tan shades were available.

"Casual sheer makeup that is oil-free and waterproof with built-in sunscreen". I like to think of this one as a water-resistant tinted moisturizer with sunscreen. The coverage is definitely more sheer than a regular foundation, and I am guessing that is why it is called Almost Makeup. But this makeup does more than most and it's staying power is fantastic. Almost Makeup comes in 8 shades, and even a few darker ones that blend well over a faux-tan.

If there is one thing that I know, if the shade name is Watermelon, then it is perfect for me. How did this slip through my fingers and not make it onto thy lips before now? Seriously, Prescriptives Incredible Sheer Lipcolor ($17.50) is a wonderful lip product, one that I have used in the past. Because of the color find, I think this lipcolor is making it's way up higher on my favorites list. Watermelon is the pefect watermelon pink shade that looks beautiful on it's own, or even more pretty when used over a bronze or gold lipstick. With the added power of sun protection to boot!

I have been using the L’Oreal Skin Genesis Multi-Layer Cell Strengthening Daily Treatment together with the Multi-Layer Cell Strengthening Daily Moisturizer for a few weeks now. My initial reaction - I am impressed. My main concern I have with my face, well amongst the fine lines, is brightening. I strive for an overall even skin tone, which I have never had. And by using skin brightening products, I sometimes see results. I can say that I have not seen such as quick of an improvement, than I have with these two products. I think the results are so great as these products work layer upon layer, building deep into the skin - not just on the surface. Both of the serum and moisturizer have a light weight feel to them, and spread easily onto skin. They are both lightly fragranced and come in fantastic airless pumps. I use only one pump of the serum for my face and neck, but two or sometimes three pumps of the moisturizer, depending on how fry I feel. The moisturizer even seems to have a bit of iridescence to it - to instantly brighten while it works deep. I will continue to use these products for sure. And the price and availability of L’Oreal products are a great plus as well. The Daily Treatment Serum and Daily Moisturizer both sell for $19.99 and sell nationwide at major drugstores. Actually, next time Ii am in CVS, I plan to pick up the Eye Serum as I have heard raves about that one before.

The Self-Tanning Mist itself, is great, and it covers pretty easily. I am used to applying aerosol spray tanners, so having no color guide is easy for me to use. And I actually prefer this type as there is no messy over-spray stain to clean up after. The mist sprays out lightly, but just enough to cover evenly without leaving droplet marks or anything. So, it is basically, spray and go. Well, spray, wait ten minutes or so, then go. The mist does take a few minutes to dry, but I like to wait at least ten minutes before dressing, so as to not mess up the application or my clothing. The tell-tale self-tanner smell is pretty apparent right upon applying the Sublime Bronze, but it dissipates fairly quickly. By the time the mist dry, the DHA smell is basically gone, and I am left with just a nice, light scent. In about three or four hours, I noticed some newly bronzed hands, and I was pleasantly surprised when I looked at my arms. They looked nice and golden on me and natural. Really natural. Not orange or streaky - pretty perfect with just one application. Medium Natural Tan it is for me. I did use this two days in a row and it has been a few days and my glow is still on. I will probably re-apply tomorrow and keep it up by using this just once or twice a week. A few tips when using an airbrush self-tanner: Make sure your parts are exfoliated, not freshly shaven and well moisturized. As I mostly apply my self-tanners at night, my normal morning moisturization is enough, except for on my hands. I apply a hand cream right before I use a self-tanning mist as to make sure the mist and color does not settle too much into the cracks and crevices on my knuckles and fingers. If you are self-tanning any other parts of your body first, be sure to wash your hands thoroughly to get off anything that might leave your palms stained, then move onto spraying your arms and hands.

My hair is pretty thin, but can frizz or curl when hit with any type of humidity. I keep this shampoo (and pair it with the conditioner) in the bathroom to use on those humid or "wet" days. This shampoo really helps keep my hair straight and let's me easily style it how I please.

This pot of concealer not only covers, but it nourishes, moisturizes and firms. I use a dab under my foundation and then a bit more right before my finishing powder. I only use a tiny bit each time as it smooths out so well and blends easily into my skin, hiding everything I want it to.

Elizabeth Arden Ceramide Gold Ultra Restorative Capsules
Great to use alone or mixed with moisturizer.
These capsules release a serum-like liquid that you smooth over your face during the day or night. I like to use them at night. Sometimes I just smooth over my face and neck and let it set alone for a while, and sometimes I mix it with a bit of my night cream and just leave it on like that. My skin is definitely more smooth and soft since using.
