The color formula is runny and stains everything, and extremely drying. The conditioner included doesn't do anything to help with the drying. This is one of my least favorites.

I am not usually a person who uses lipstick, I tend to just use lip glosses. But Rimmel frequently goes on sale and I always like to try new things. I liked that Rimmel offers a good variety of colors, and I selected a pale pink shade, but I can't remember the name of the one that I tried. I liked that the lipstick went on nice and smooth, and felt very creamy. It did not dry out my lips even after several hours, which was very nice. However, I did not care for the way that the color had a weird sheen to it, which cast a yellowish tint over the pink. I also did not think that this lipstick wore evenly or stayed on well at all. I'm not sure if this is supposed to be a long wearing formula or not, but if that's what you are looking for, then I would not recommend this lipstick for you. It was okay, but overall I do not think that I will be using this again.

While I'm always excited to have an opportunity to test out a new product for total beauty, I have to admit that I was very skeptical when I received this particular product. I have always incorporated various supplements into my beauty routine, but the idea of adding moisture to the skin this way seemed a little far-fetched. Still, I decided that I would keep an open mind and give these a try. I liked the packaging, and found that the pills themselves were easy to swallow and left no unpleasant aftertaste. However, despite taking them with food and water, I found myself nauseous a little while after taking them. Still, I persisted to give them a fair try. Unfortunately, after two weeks of faithful use, I found that my skin became oilier and began to break out. Since I didn't change anything in my routine other than these pills, I have to assume that the negative effects were caused by them. I would not recommend them-- if you want to add more moisture to your skin, drink more water and use a high quality moisturizer. I cannot give these pills my endorsement.

I've been a big fan of this brand since I used their colors for my wedding makeup. They blend beautifully and last all day, but you need to use quality brushes. The colors are unique and vibrant. Midnight cowboy is my favorite.

I was very excited to have the chance to review this product for total beauty, along with the body strips. I liked that a large quantity of strips as included in the package, along with wax residue removal strips. I usually use waxing to keep my bikini area smooth, so I am used to the process and was eager to try a new product. The instructions were simple and the strips didn't require heat, which is a plus for sensitive areas. However, I was very disappointed with the results. I had to repeat waxing on areas many times, so much so that my skin became irritated, and I still didn't achieve complete removal. The skin in that area is too delicate to have to do repeated waxings, so this product was a failure for me. The only thing I liked was that it was easy to remove the residue after I gave up. I would not recommend this product.

I was thrilled to receive a box of these from Total Beauty to do a review. I have never actually waxed my legs, as I hate having to wait for the hair to grow long enough, so I end up shaving constantly. I live at the beach, so that's really my only option! However, the box for these stated that they would work on short hair, so I was excited to give them a try. I had a little bit of stubble, so I figured it was a good time to test them. Unfortunately, when I tried them on stubble, they were completely ineffective, and removed no hair at all. I decided to wait a couple more days, let the hair grow some more and try again. On my second attempt, I noted the generous amount of strips in the box, as well as the post-waxing wipes that were included. The instructions were easy to follow, and stated that no heat was required. I also really liked that the wax itself was pink and had a fresh, spa-like scent. The strips were a good size, so they covered a lot of skin. Using them on my legs, I found that they did an above-average job of not leaving a lot of wax on my skin, and removed a fair amount of hair-- I say fair, not great. I spent quite a bit of time going back over the same sections, but even then, did not get complete removal. I did find that the process was surprisingly ouchless though-- just a slight stinging. However, my legs just didn't feel silky smooth like I would expect. I ended up giving up, but not before trying the after wax wipes-- those are fantastic and did an excellent job cleaning off all the sticky residue. Unfortunately, I ended up still having to shave once I got in the shower. These strips just didn't deliver. I liked having the chance to try them, but can't give them my recommendation.

I have dry, fairly delicate hair, so I try not to use permanent hair colors. This one caught my eye today at Ulta, so I decided to give it a try. I have been wanting to go darker(my hair is medium brown) for awhile, but box colors for dark brown often come out closer to black. I got home and did a strand test first. Everything seemed okay, so I went ahead and applied it. I loved not having to prep my hair beforehand, as well as the "smoosh" method advertised by the box. Squeezing the three tubes together directly onto my hair was much cleaner and easier than the traditional bottle method. I also liked that the kit had two sets of packets-- I have super thick hair and one set was enough, so I'll get two colorings for the price of one. After 25 minutes to process, I washed with the included shampoo and conditioner, then flatironed using my normal products. I was a little nervous at first, but once I was done, I was in LOVE. The color is SO rich-- on par with salon color, and the shine is amazing. I cannot believe that I got these kind of results with a box color. The color dimension is truly incredible, and the color was deep, but not too dark. I highly recommend this for anyone looking for a non-permanent change at a very affordable price.

This product is AMAZING. I have extremely sensitive skin, but I am able to use this with no problems. It does a wonderful job of smoothing skin and improving skin tone and clarity. I LOVE IT.

Sadly, This oil I have found is much weaker than other tea tree oils that you might see when shopping in a health foods store or in an organic market. In this case i think you are really just paying extra to get the body shop label. While that is one of my favorite stores for all of my skin care and beauty needs, I just could not see that their tea tree oil even compared to that which is cheaper elsewhere. The consistency of their oil seemed a bit watery as compared to other tea tree oils that I have used, and the scent of the oil was not nearly as strong-- and please believe me, if you have ever smelled tea tree oil, you know exactly how pungent it can be! I did not find the results of this oil to be on par either. It actually made my skin red, and did nothing to improve my skin’s clarity or texture. Overall I am a huge fan of using natural oils and herbs in beauty products, and can say that most of the products you will find at the body shop are worth the higher price tag. Unfortunately, this oil is not one of them. You will pay a higher price for an inferior product and reduced performance. I would not recommend this particular oil to anyone and would advise that you try other ones if you are looking to go the way of the natural beauty product route.

I used this product religiously in the months leading up to my wedding, and was so pleased with my glowing skin on the big day. Somewhere along the way, though, I got the idea that I needed something stronger for my skin, and got on a Retin-A regimen. After months of irritated skin and lackluster results, I picked up a jar of this again last week. I use it every evening and after 7 days, I am amazed at the difference in my skin. The overall clarity and evenness of my complexion is better than what I achieved with Retin-A or professional microdermabrasion. The results are really unbelievable, especially at such a low price point. I cannot recommend this product enough. My only complaint is that I wish it were easier to find-- you may need to order it online to get it.
