I LOVE Trish McEvoy Eye Definer and have been wearing it for many years. The colors are absolutely gorgeous, and I love the fact that it does double duty as a wet or dry liner. In fact, I apply it wet with a small, angled brush and then apply it dry on top to soften the line. It stays and stays until you take it off, yet comes off easily and cleanly with any eye makeup remover. If you use Trish's angled #50 brush to apply it, you can get a very fine line right up against the base of the eyelashes that makes the eyes really "pop" without covering up the eyelid. Fabulous stuff!

I've worn the Brightening Pink and Brightening Cherry and love them both. This sheer gloss gives lips a soft, sexy, dewy glow and isn't sticky or gloppy. It looks great over lipstick or just by itself for a more natural/more casual look. I don't usually love tube applicators, but this one is easy to use and doesn't get "gunky," plus it's convenient to tuck into your purse for on-the-go touch-ups without a mirror.

I have very sensitive eyes. I have tried at least a dozen different eye makeup removers over the years, and never found one that would remove all my eye makeup gently and effectively without getting any in my eyes and making them burn and sting. Now finally I have discovered two of them! One is Klorane's eye makeup remover pads that come already saturated with remover and are gentle and effective. But my favorite it this Pevonia Botanica Eye Make-Up Remover. Normally I would never dream of spending this much money on an eye makeup remover! But I bought a travel size of it that was offered at a special price in the TB Luxury Samples Store and after trying it several times I knew I'd finally found my holy grail. I hadn't heard of this brand before I saw and purchased the travel size bottle, but you can bet I'm going to be looking into the rest of their products. Simply perfect!

I wish I had discovered this eyelash curler years ago! I tried several of the iconic cult favorites over the years and eventually gave up on ever finding a curler that would allow me to curl ALL my lashes at the base at the same time, instead of missing some lashes or, worse yet, crimping them on the diagonal (ugh!). A few weeks ago I finally decided that I was going to try one last time to find a curler that didn't make me dread curling my lashes and that left them evenly curved (with staying power). I decided that the problem with all the curlers I had tried over the years was that they were too deeply curved for the shape of my eye. So although my eyes don't look even vaguely Asian, I decided to try the top-rated curler for Asian lashes, which was wider and had a shallower curvature than the others I had tried. Eureka!!! This curler is by far the best $19 I've ever spent on a makeup tool, and I expect it to last for many, many years, which makes it a great value. Now I actually look forward to curling my lashes when I'm doing my makeup! No struggling, no repeated crimpings because the first one only got the base of PART of my lashes. My eyes look bigger and brighter, and it's much easier to keep my lashes separated when I apply mascara. If your eyelash curler isn't giving you the results you're looking for, definitely try one with a different curvature. You won't believe the difference it makes!

OPI is the polish of choice for many high-end manicurists, and for good reason. OPI is constantly coming out with wonderful new colors. It's a nice consistency that goes on smoothly and stays that way in the bottle for a long time. And, assuming you do a proper manicure (base coat, 2-3 coats of colored polish, top coat, and allow each coat to dry thoroughly before adding the next one), this polish will last chip-free for a long time. What more could you ask for from a nail polish?

I have this in the Pink Lemonade scent/flavor and it's fantastic at keeping my lips soft and smooth throughout the day. It's instantly soothing whenever my lips feel dry or chapped (which is very often)! A wonderful product from a wonderful product line.

I recently bought one of each type of lip balm or treatment from Mission Skincare and I'm hooked! My lips are ALWAYS dry, chapped, and often cracked, especially in the winter. These balms soften and soothe my lips instantly and keep them hydrated and comfortable for hours on end!

...and it does a pretty good job, but it's nowhere near as good as the lip balms and treatments from MIssion Skincare.

...but I just became more and more frustrated with it. It dried too fast to blend well onto my cheeks, the color was too bright with even the lightest application, and it always left my fingertips stained from blending it while it was still wet enough to blend (when I could manage it). I found it impossible to get an even color when I brushed it on my lips. And the brush is a terrible applicator for any purpose (other than nail polish, perhaps).

It's surprising how much of a difference your brows can make to the overall appearance of your face. As I've gotten older, some of my brow hairs have gotten more unruly, and my brows are more sparse than they used to be. A very light application of the was followed by a light application of the color really opens up my eyes and frames my face.
