This is a serious lotion that does a good job of moisturizing. I find it a little too heavy for me though. It doesn't seem to sink in as thoroughly or pleasantly as other lotions. For some time afterwards I kind of feel like something is still sitting on the surface of my skin. I'm willing to put up with this for the occasional intensive treatment with the gel body oil from the same line, but not for a daily-use body lotion. If you have normal to moderately dry skin like me, this may be too heavy for you. The scent is okay but I prefer the cocoa butter smell of Palmers products.

This is a very heavy moisturizing body oil gel. I'm not crazy about the thick, sticky feel, and to me the scent is only okay (I prefer the cocoa butter scent of Palmers products) but as an occasional "intensive therapy" session for my skin, it's very effective. I only use it once every week or two, in the evening and straight out of the shower, due to its heaviness. The stuff does sit on my skin forever, which means even if I give myself a few hours before going to bed, my sheets usually get a decent coating. I may even have some residual oil left on me the next morning. However... underneath that is incredibly soft skin, which I consider worth the hassle! I can also really see the sealing, protective effect the next time I take a shower, as I watch the water bead and slip right off of me.

This is the product that was so awesome it got me to thinking I should post reviews on this site in addition to just reading them! I actually bought it based on its reviews and I have to agree with the other reviewers, I love it. I spray it on the bottom half of my towel-dried hair before blow drying it straight. This leaves my hair soft and shiny with a beautiful swing to it that it never has when I blow dry with silicone "shine serums" or no product at all. Although the bottle doesn't really advertise this, I also think it adds some volume to my long hair. Other details: the scent is nice and fresh, but doesn't seem to linger, and I find the design of the spray bottle very convenient. The only negative for me is it did make me break out in the beginning after some of the product landed on my face when I was spraying. Now I'm just careful to spray away from my face, which took care of the problem.

I usually like Rimmel's lipsticks, I especially loved the texture and bright, fresh colors of their Cool Shine lipsticks. So when I saw this new line I couldn't resist and bought one in Frosted, which is a cool, very shimmery champagne color. It felt nice and creamy going on, and the color seemed to stay put, but from the moment I opened the tube I was totally turned off by the scent. I'm not usually particularly finicky or strange about scents, but my reaction to this was so strong I could barely bring myself to wear this lipstick again before finally throwing it out. To me it was the weirdest combination of cheap, plasticky makeup smell and grapes. No one else seems to have had this reaction so maybe I just got a bad tube...?

I bought this in an attempt to preempt/prevent wrinkly hands that give away my age. I liked that it has retinol (a proven wrinkle-fighter and collagen booster) and antioxidants, although I can't say how strong or effective the ingredient levels are. Down the road if I think I see a noticeable difference in my hands I'll update my review. Regardless, I think this is a nice hand cream. I keep it at my desk at work and use it after washing my hands. The bottle is a pretty generous size compared to most hand creams, which I like. The cream itself absorbs very quickly and dries to a soft, really pleasant powdery finish. No greasy palms, yet my hands still feel well moisturized. The only negative for me is the scent, which kind of reminds me of a Starburst candy. Some people might like it but I'm not crazy about this smell on my skin. Fortunately it fades pretty quickly and you're just left with soft, smooth hands.

I use this almost every evening all over my face, jaw and neck. I'm not concerned with treatment of deep wrinkles yet, but this serum has noticeably smoothed and plumped the fine lines underneath the outer corners of my eyes. It has also refined the texture of the skin on my neck, and seems to help with those dreaded neck lines. Overall, I think it helps keep my skin smoother and brighter, and has reduced the likelihood of breakouts. Some more evidence for me that it works: A few months ago, I started applying little dabs of this serum several times a week to these deep wrinkles that are forming at the top of my knees (I know, kind of weird, but I figured why not?) Wrinkles are still there obviously, but they're definitely not as deep as they used to be! I don't really notice a pronounced scent with this product; it's lightweight and sinks in easily; I do usually need to apply some moisturizer after it.

I just got this the other day and am really happy. I'm not a big foundation user, but I occasionally like to have something to smooth my pores and even out my skintone in my t-zone area. This makeup does a fantastic job of that. First of all, though, I've found you really need to start with well-exfoliated and/or well moisturized skin. If you don't, this powder foundation will accentuate any dry, flaky areas in brighter light. That caveat aside, I was shocked by how perfect my skin looked the first time I applied it. It goes on with a barely detectable feel and the color blends in seamlessly, giving my skin a velvety, almost air-brushed look. Coverage isn't a big factor for me (I use concealer when needed) so I can't say how buildable or opaque this foundation is, but this may be the best thing I've ever found for faking perfect skin under the rest of my makeup... Super-easy and mess-free application also makes it more likely I'll actually use this regularly. I do want to emphasize: this is definitely more of a matte, velvety finish, don't buy this if you're looking for a dewy glow. Highly recommended!

I love love love this lipstick line and am heartbroken because I think Milani is discontinuing it. As the name implies, this is a matte finish lipstick, which is pretty rare. I think most women instinctively avoid matte lipcolors, thinking the more shine and shimmer, the better. I first tried the Cream Pie on a whim, during a period when I was obsessed with brown and neutral lipsticks. I was totally surprised by how flattering it was. I actually think it makes my lips look fuller than glossy lipsticks. My lips look kind of cushiony, with the lack of shine allowing the natural texture of my lips to be visible through the lipstick. It's very creamy and comfortable to wear, and always makes me feel just a little more grown-up and sophisticated. Cream Pie is the perfect brown, with just enough pink in it flatter and not wash out your skin. Do the Mango (a hot yellow-toned brick red) and Moon Over Paradise (a mod pale pink) are also beautiful colors.

This was a great lotion for applying all over after a shower (or anytime really). I like the scent, which I think kind of smells flowery without being overly sweet. It comes out of the bottle thick and rich, but then easily soaks into skin with a light, almost watery feel that's totally refreshing. I love that I'm not at all greasy after application, yet my skin is completely moisturized with that satiny, light-reflecting quality that really rich lotions give you. I also love that it has extra virgin olive oil in it, which I'd like to think is helping me preserve the health and youthfulness of my skin! I'm a little worried because the last time I went out to get a new one, I couldn't find it at any of the big stores, but it's still listed for sale on the Palmer's website so I'll just keep looking or buy it online.

I liked this shampoo, including its scent, which is a little astringent and herb-y. It's a rather distinctive scent, though, and may not appeal to everyone. I found that the shampoo lathers well and although it didn't have any spectacular effect, it left my hair clean feeling and in good condition. I had to stop using it though because I have bangs, and this shampoo eventually caused me to break out all over my forehead! My boyfriend still uses it though and likes it a lot.
