Love love love this moisturizer. I've tried creams and lotions many times thicker and heavier, but this is the miraculous product that finally cured the dryness and flakiness on my face that I've dealt with for several years. I first tried it as a sample from DHC, and was stunned by the results after just one use. A day or two later I ordered the full size. It's a light, milky gel that absorbs easily and pleasantly with no real discernible scent. If I've just used PTR's Unwrinkle Peel pads or some other exfoliator, I smooth on a more generous layer before going to sleep and it just sinks right in without a hint of oiliness or greasiness. Since I started using this a month or so ago, not only have the dry patches and flakes disappeared, my skin has become smoother and my pores look smaller. I think it's also reduced irritation from my retinol product. All of this without breaking me out. I don't know if the miracle ingredient is actually the Q10 or something else, but for me at least, this stuff has accomplished what far richer creams failed to do! If you go to the DHC website you can request free samples. I know what works for one person may not work for another, but considering the amazing results I've gotten from this moisturizer and considering the samples are free, I highly recommend giving it a try, especially if you have dry, flaky, yet breakout-prone skin. One last note on packaging: Hefty, nice quality bottle. Just don't try to pick it up by the clear plastic cap. The cap is not attached very securely to the rest of the pump.

I love the look of matte/creamy lipsticks so was excited to try this line. I bought one lipstick in Nude and one in Pink About It. Overall I like them, although the texture feels a little grainy sometimes. And if you have even slightly chapped or dry lips, these lipsticks are not forgiving! My favorite of the two shades was Pink About It, a bright coral pink. It's pretty but also quite flat and unnatural, so I find it looks best when patted on lightly for a subtle retro look. Wearing it always makes me feel a little more chic. I have to say I far prefer the (now discontinued) moist matte lipsticks from Milani, which were a little creamier and had shades with more depth.

Really great polish. In general, I love the brush on all Rimmel nail polishes. Not everyone will agree with me, but I find that the size and flat shape conforms well to the shape of the nail and is very easy to control. This particular polish makes it even better. It has a thin, very smooth, even consistency that does not get thick or gloppy as you use it. And it really does last beautifully. It just seems to cling to my nails and reinforce them, even without a topcoat. I particularly like to wear this when I'm growing my nails out a bit longer. Good color selection and can't beat the price.

I liked the whole nature fusion idea, but this and the matching conditioner gave me only average results. Over several months of use, it didn't noticeably affect the texture or look of my (long, relatively healthy, undyed) hair, for good or bad. What it did do, however, was cause the weirdest breakouts on my upper arms! A few tiny zits with new ones forming every few days. I've never been particularly prone to breakouts on my body and never on my arms, so it took me a while to identify the culprit. According to the Pantene website, this product line is the result of "a scientific process to add positive charges to create the cassia polymer, which enables it to adhere to hair." My hair is long enough to hit right at the point where the breakouts were occuring, so perhaps it was direct contact with my "cassia-coated" hair? Anyways, the breakouts stopped the moment I stopped using these products. Considering I was not wowed by the scent, overall feel, or effects of the shampoo and conditioner, definitely not worth the side effects.

It's hard for me to absolutely pinpoint the effects of this product as I also use a retinol serum on alternating nights, but I still really like it, enough that I'm planning on repurchasing when I run out. It has an amazing cocktail of ingredients and does not cause me any negative reactions aside from occasional mild flakes the day or two after (I did have to start out slowly to build up a tolerance). The directions say to work up to daily use, leaving the product on for up to three minutes before rinsing off. However, I've gotten much better results using the pads 1-3 times a week and leaving the product on for about 15 minutes (I've left it on much longer, up to half an hour, with no problems). My skin feels smooth and fresh afterward. It definitely helps breakouts heal faster and helps fade leftover marks. I also think it has helped with the fine lines I have under my eyes from smiling, whether on its own or simply by exfoliating and enhancing the penetration of my retinol, who cares? It works! Also, I didn't start out using them this way, but following other posters' suggestions, I now cut the pads in half and find it's still plenty to cover my entire face and neck.

This is very much a lipstick/gloss hybrid, with the creamier texture of a lipstick combined with the sheer coverage of a gloss. It gave my lips a subtle shine, very low-impact and natural. I liked it but wasn't totally wowed since every time I used it I kind of felt like I was missing out on both the things I love about lipstick and the things I love about lip gloss. Consequently, I haven't found myself reaching for it very often. However, others might instead feel like they were getting the best of both worlds... I guess it'll depend on what you're looking for. Some definite positives: application is fast and goof-proof. I also loved the packaging, which is super-sleek and looks very modern and expensive. It also has a nice scent, kind of spicy, maybe like anise?

This has been a staple in my makeup bag for about 10 years. I really like that you get color-matched at the counter the first time (or each time you get a new one if you want to make sure your shade is still true). This ensures the concealer matches my skintone, even if I lighten or darken a bit with the seasons. Each tube also lasts forever so I think it's worth the splurge. It has a thick, creamy texture that I use for my undereye circles, and to cover any breakouts or marks anywhere else on my face. Only downsides: as I've gotten older, I've found that it can be a bit dry on the thin skin under my eyes but I just apply it over a light layer of something moisturizing and it's fine. Also, as a liquid concealer it's not always as thick or opaque as I'd like it to be but when that's the case, I just supplement with a stick concealer. The perfect color-match and general versatility of this concealer still makes it one of my beauty musts.

It'll depend on your skin-type and what your skin is used to, but with skin adjusted to a retinol serum 4-6 nights a week, I found this to be a gentle at-home peel that nonetheless gives noticeable results. With the exception of a slight tingle the first time, I've had no discomfort or bad reactions even though I usually keep the peel on for at least 15 minutes, sometimes as long as half an hour, twice a week (I did get some flaking when I left it on for half an hour, but it only lasted a few days). This is not an aggressive or "dramatic results" type product and I can't say if it does anything for wrinkles, but after using it my skin is always smoother and my pores less noticeable. There have been times that I've rinsed it off and also felt like my skin was actually lighter and brighter, almost glowy. A nice general maintenance and preventative product. Unfortunately I can't seem to find this product for sale anywhere anymore, not even on the L'oreal website!

This masque didn't perform miracles on my occasional breakouts, but I felt like it made a noticeable difference, especially when I dabbed it on individual zits overnight (though they say you should only do this occasionally w/ sulfur products). I also liked using this as an allover mask to absorb excess oil and tighten and refine my skin. It has a strong eucalyptus/menthol smell, which I didn't find unpleasant, though I'd have to close my eyes for a few seconds while applying to keep my eyes from watering. After a few seconds though, it dissipates and you can enjoy the refreshing, toning clay mask.

I bought this cream because I was looking for a plain moisturizer to use at night after my RoC retinol serum. This didn't have retinol or anything else in it that seemed like it would irritate or overload my skin. I do really like this product for several reasons: above all, I love the scent, which reminds me of the Summer Hill line from Crabtree & Evelyn; partly due to the scent, application feels very luxurious yet at the same time it seems like there's so much in the jar, so I feel like I can "indulge" when I slather it on; it does do a good job of moisturizing and relieving any tightness or flaky areas. Unfortunately, I'm pretty sure this has caused me to break out several times when I've used it on my cheeks. Maybe this is meant for dryer or more mature skin (I'm close to 30), in any case it's a little too heavy for me to use as an allover facial moisturizer. I do still use it under my eyes and on my neck though, sparingly elsewhere if needed, mostly for the scent and nice feel.
