I love MAC eyeshadows. One little pot will last a very long time, and they come in pretty much any color you can imagine. These are very highly pigmented (wonderful for evening wear, photographs or stage use). MAC is my go-to for dramatic eyes, but I usually opt for other brands such as Clinique when I want a more natural, subtle look. My favorite is Phlooof! It is a slightly pinkish highlight color that you can use to add shimmer to pretty much anything, including lip gloss (a trick I picked up from a MAC artist).

I love other Murad products (the anti-aging acne skin care is awesome), but this eye cream is mediocre at best. It definitely moisturizes my eye area, but if I rub my eyes anytime during the day it gets in them and makes them sting. It doesn't seem to be noticeably firming for me, and it definitely has no anti-puff or cooling properties. I'm really disappointed and won't ever buy this again.

I adore this product. I have a very oily face and usually I am super shiny within a few hours of applying makeup. However, I *hate* the totally matte look because I feel that it looks unnatural, flat and sort of dead. So I get irritated if a product is too matte OR if it doesn't control oil well enough. I apply this before makeup and let it dry (and all I use for foundation is MAC studio finish concealer -- very sparingly! with MAC Mineralize Skinfinish Natural powder applied all over). Once I am done with my makeup, I then spray on this product again. The miracle of it is that it actually IMPROVES the powder's finish and smoothes it, giving it this subtle dewy glow even after it is dry... and then it stays oil free and in place all day! I have never seen anything that makes my skin look so natural yet oil free, and the bottle goes a long way.
