For the average person, this gives excellent coverage for concealing small blemishes and has the added bonus of looking natural (a feat that is difficult for most concealers). It's important to use the included brush, as others have noted. While it is easy to control and hard to mess up, it doesn't give enough coverage to deal with major acne, and doesn't seem to do much for dark circles/brightening the undereye area. The ladies at the counter will tell you that because it is so superfine, it won't emphasize creases and lines around the eye... but I think it does a little bit. A very light application of a stick or pancake concealer (I recommend DermaBlend or MAC Studio), gently applying with a brush and then patting lightly with your finger all around the area to be concealed, is always going to give better coverage without creasing... but it does take more finesse.

It was better than nothing, but wasn't that effective at pimple prevention. I guess it maybe helped post-acne spots fade... it's a lot cheaper than other products that purport to do the same thing, so I guess for the money I can't complain too much.

I keep a bottle at my desk at work. When I have a headache that won't go away, or tension in my neck and shoulders, I apply to my temples and at the top and base of my neck with the handy roller, followed by a quick self massage. The cooling feeling and wonderful smell helps me relax and gets rid of the tension and pain. One of my co-workers suffers from migraines and I gave him some to try. He was amazed at how much it helped when nothing else would! One tiny bottle has lasted me over 2 years at work. I will never be without this wonderful item.

This quad in Pink Chocolates is versatile and beautiful. It goes with just about everything and gives a lovely, soft, natural finish. I love this for everyday wear, but I also wore it on my wedding day and looked amazing! Some people complain about the low pigmentation of Clinique eyeshadows, and they are right -- if you're wanting dramatic color, go to MAC. However, this eyeshadow is hard to mess up (great for people new to makeup, or in a hurry!). If I had to choose just one eyeshadow palette to take on a trip, it would be this one, hands down.

This is my all-time favorite liquid foundation. Applied with the right brush (I like to buff it on with a MAC Duo Fibre Large Face Brush, then smooth lightly with fingers) it gives the perfect airbrushed complexion. Applying this with a light hand takes some practice, but the results are worth it for special occasions, and it blends well when using creme blushes. I use MAC studio finish concealer over this on problem areas and under eyes, then finish with MAC mineralize skinfinish powder. When I did this, people would comment on my perfect skin (and believe me, my skin is FAR from perfect). As other reviewers have noted, this does not control oil AT ALL... so use a good oil control moisturizer and primer, and something like the Urban Decay De-Slick setting spray if your face is super oily like mine.

This is one of the few BareEscentuals products that I liked. When I used it, I felt like I was rubbing earth on my face -- except it was a good thing! It smelled nice and felt nice -- exfoliating without being overly rough -- and I definitely felt like it cleansed without overdrying. I think I had a tendency to use too much at a time, because I don't remember the bottle lasting me as long as I'd like. I would recommend this to most people with normal to oily or combination skin. I have super oily breakout prone skin, though, and it just wasn't quite ENOUGH to keep breakouts at bay.

This didn't do much for me (which is how I felt about the whole Bare Escentuals line of products). I have major problem acne, and this just didn't do enough to either conceal or heal in my book.

I use this morning and night and it definitely keeps my lips soft, smooth and supple. A tiny bit goes a very long way and lasts a long time. It doesn't have a flavor -- which is good in my book because that means I won't inadvertently lick it off (do other people have this problem?) It also has a nice glossy finish.

When I first bought Murad anti-aging acne products for my skin, I decided against purchasing this item because of its price tag. A month later, I was seeing some good results from the Murad skincare I'd purchased... so I decided to give this a try. I saw results the very next day. This seems to not only diminish the appearance of breakouts that are healing and old acne scars, but it also seems to help prevent new breakouts. Yes, it's $60, but you only need it at night, and one bottle lasts a very long time. I use it nightly, and after a month I'm about a quarter of the way through the bottle.

This sulfur-based product seems to help pimples fade faster than salicylic acid based products alone, without drying out or irritating my skin like harsh benzoyl peroxide based formulations. I started using it along with the entire Murad anti-aging acne product line, though, so not sure how effective it is on its own. It isn't a miracle product that will zap zits completely in a single day... but I have yet to run across anything better. Use sparingly -- too much will flake off after it dries, which is no bueno for makeup.
