I usually buy Yankee Candles, but when I was in the L'Occitane boutique and looking at everything, I happened to pick up this candle and smell it. It is incredible!! It smells very fruity. I bought it, and found the aroma is very sweet yet fresh and filled my living room. It burns very slowly, which is a real plus because I hate buying expensive candles only to have them burn quickly and you're left with an empty holder quickly. You'll love this!

I bought this because the makeup artist told me it relieves muscle soreness because it contains Verbena. Because I suffer from fibromyalgia, this turned out to be a very comforting product for my muscle soreness. It smells very citrusy, which adds to the very fresh aroma. I found that it also moisturizes, so it's like getting 2 products in one. I am glad the makeup artist recommended this gel. I highly recommend it to you, too.

The lime and mint in this fragrance provide a very fresh aroma. It reminds me of walking in the woods on a beautiful, sunny day. For a fragrance to conjure up that kind of feeling makes the fragrance very special to me. I tested it in the boutique after removing the fragrance I already had on my wrists in order to capture its essence better. I recommend doing this with any kind of beauty product, including makeup, lipstick and mascara so you observe and smell the actual result. Of course I purchased it. I found it lasts a lot longer than other fragrances. And because of its fresh scent, my husband decided to try it and loved it. Looks like we will have to buy our own bottles! I highly recommend this fragrance.

Like all of L'Occitane products, this is really moisturizing. Usually hand soaps necessitate a good hand cream to re-moisturize. That is not the case with this hand wash. My hands feel very soft after use. It is made with honey, which softens the skin It absorbs very quickly into my hands. I also really like the creaminess. I highly recommend this hand wash.

I am always searching for a great concealer, and for the price of NYX, this lives up to my expectations. NYX has a good color selection. It's creamy, and I apply it with a small makeup brush by stippling it under my eyes. It completely covers my dark circles (lovely) and any other imperfections. It does not crease at all because I use Stay Don't Stray by Benefit. I have used Benefit Erase Paste which is pricey and does not have enough shades from which to choose. I swear by this concealer. The only disadvantage is that you cannot test it, but stores that carry it like ULTA or Amazon let you return used items. I haven't seen it anywhere else other than ULTA or Amazon. That being the case, I bought 2 since they are very reasonably priced. I store the other one in the refrigerator to keep it fresh. I highly recommend this product.

I thought that since this was a creme gloss, it would impart color that would last. It gives some color, but only lasts a short time. I was disappointed because other items I have purchased from NYX are quality products. I do like the fact it's not sticky. So, what I do is use it on top of a couple of lip stains I bought by Kat Von D, and the gloss imparts a shiny surface to a matte stain, which is much better for me than matte. It does feel like it moisturizes, and it does last on top of the lip stain. For the price, it's okay. If you want a simple, inexpensive gloss to wear over lipstick or stain, then you should try this.

I discovered the Nyx line when I received a flyer from ULTA. I must say I am very impressed with this eye shadow palette. I have hazel eyes, and purples really make my eyes pop. This palette is half the price of Urban Decay, which I have purchased for years, and has the same pigmentation and staying power without a primer! I suggest you take a look at what NYX has to offer. After I purchased this, I went trolling through Amazon and found a makeup kit for the eyes and face. Also, I couldn't resist and purchased the Dark Shadows Collection which is like a book that has eyeshadows and blush for the different looks of the 3 main characters from the movie. I am very very pleased with the quality of NYX, and I highly recommend it to all of you.

This bronzing body oil gives the skin a warm glow, and absorbs quickly. It also moisturizes. The color lasts until you wash it off. The makeup artist at ULTA said it adjusts to all skin tones. I am fair, and it gave me enough coverage to have a nice summer glow in the middle of winter. It does not look fake. It is not greasy at all, even though it is called Royal Oil. I was amazed it was not greasy. The color is very natural looking, and a little goes a long way. Do not use it on your face. It does not look right and could clog your pores. You apply it all of your body, and what I particularly love is that it does not streak. If you apply it with your hands and not gloves, it washes off very easily. The ULTA person also told me to apply it to the ends of my hair to give shimmer and moisturize dry ends, especially in the winter. It stays put and does not stain your clothes. I highly recommend this!

This anti-wrinkle cream is supposed to make a difference in the appearance of fine lines, skin texture and cover pores. It did none of these things for me. I discovered Benefit's Porefessional does a great job of concealing and filling in pores. To give it a chance to work, I used the jar for a month with absolutely no results. All it is for me is a good moisturizer. I have some fine lines in the outer corners of my eyes. (Crow's feet, what an awful term.) But, after 30 days I saw no improvement. I spoke with the Kiehl's makeup artist and she told me it takes at least 3 months to see a difference!!! What? It's expensive, and I don't want to wait for 2 more months to maybe see a difference. So, I decided to not re-purchase.

This palette comes in a very attractive and expensive looking case. The kit includes a 3 shadow set of purples and green eyeshadows, lipsticks (2 each) and two blushes. I use a lipstick brush for the lipsticks because they are too difficult to apply with your fingers. The two sets of colors are coordinated to go together so they look natural. It also includes an average mascara, a liner that blends well, eyeshadow applicator brush which is good qualityl. The coordinated colors are warm colors and cool colors, but you can still obtain a nice look by using things from each color palette; in other words, experiment and don't feel locked in to how the colors are presented. I found the pink blush and lipstick look better with the cool colors. (purples). This is a wonderful palette, and has everything you need for your eyes, cheeks and lips. Nice to carry in your purse.
