Dawn Hand Renewal with Olay Beauty

    No more dried out hands!

This stuff is awesome! I've used for 5 days now, I was worried about it at first because I thought maybe there would be residue on the dishes. But no, I found it worked as well as my regular dawn. With winter coming on I'm happy to have a moisturizing dish soap at hand! I tried the Tropical Shea Butter Scent and loved how mild it was. The chemical sensitivities in my house proclude any strong smells. This was gentle and pleasant. I highly reccomend and will buy this soap in future.

    This stuff is amazing!

I used this every time I styled my hair. It's a little unusual at first since it is very 'webby' when it dispenses. It's white and kind of gooey, you only need a little bit. I was worried my hands would be glued together but they were not. There's a tiny little plug that came on it and I have kept using it thinking it would avoid clogging the nozzle. Not sure if that is a real issue or not but so far no problems. I have shoulder length cut brown/black hair with lots of layers that is shorter in the back and 'under cut'. This stuff really makes my cut stand out! After blow-drying I applied a bit to my hand, and rubbed my palms together to 'warm' it then I quickly scrunched or finger combed or twisted my hair. I looked like I had just stepped out of a salon! Not greasy or hard. Awesome stuff!

  • Giorgio Armani Armani Code for Women Eau De Parfum

I do not like overwhelming scents. My husband and I are allergic to so many perfumes it becomes a real challenge to find one I can wear and we both tolerate and love it. That being said I was anxious to get my hand on a sample since I have to wear it for awhile to know the affects. This is just beautiful. My husband happens to also tolerate and we both liked the black code for men. This is the perfect compliment to his. It's subtle, nothing about it overpowers. I have trouble describing the scent: I want to say that it's warm with a slight muskiness to it, and a hint of spice. I'm reminded of all the things I love: vanilla, ginger, roses without smelling those things per se. In other words I wouldn't say it smells like that but it just reminds me of all the good scents I love. I don't pick out "floral" in it...makes no sense I guess...just know what it's not: NOT overly sweet, NOT overly floral, NOT overly anything. just yummy comforting goodness! Try it!

    Sebastian Whipped Creme

smells and looks good enough to eat, but left my hair greasy!

Every time I dispensed this product I was sooo sooo tempted to taste it! Sounds gross but you feel like you just applied a decadent whipped cream. It's scent is light and even smelled kinda like whipped cream! Now, on to my hair. It's black, shoulder length with lots of layers, not usually greasy. While using this product I never failed to feel greasy by the end of the day. I kept using it to see if it was just circumstantial but it kept happening. I wanted to love this product cause it's so cool albeit expensive. But I cannot, nothing that leaves me feeling like I didn't wash is good thing.

  • Yves Saint Laurent Beauty Parisienne Eau de Parfum Spray

I got this in the mail and I have to say I really wanted to like this. Bleh! I was doubtful just from sniffing the bottle, but wanted to give it a fair shake. So a spritz on each wrist that I then waved through the air to dry....nauseating! I hoped that it would warm to some warm notes but it did not. It was too blackberry and sickly sweet! if you wanna smell like a blackberry...go for it! I almost couldn't take it all day. When I got home I washed to my elbows with soap and it still was there, so good staying power I guess. I could see this scent as a shower wash or maybe even a shampoo...but I did not like smelling it all day!

    Aussie 3 Minute Miracle Moist

My MUST have 'go to' product!

I have really thick hair, that has a tendency to wave although it can be stick straight (weird I know). However, over the years I have permed, recently highlighted, and colored my hair. My first contact with this product was yrs ago when I had had a really poor perm. My hair was fried! Just a mess! I was told to use this product, let me tell you it saved my hair! What a difference! I have tried so many others and keep coming back to this one. We keep some other cheap tresemme brand one for when I am being really quick since I don't like to waste this one...but if I do that for too long I can tell the difference in hair quality. The scent is not offensive or strong which I prefer. It does the job the 3 minutes really is worth it!

L'Oreal Paris Telescopic Explosion Carbon Black Mascara

Interesting learning curve on this one....

So, I really wanted to LOVE this! And after several weeks of using I'm still uncertain how I really feel about it. First of all I have an issue with one eyelid: the lashes in the middle are sort of missing or thin. So for me lately that has been the real test of mascaras I use. Now with this one the ball shaped wand applicator DOES definitely make up for my lack of lashes in that area. So for that problem I was amazed. However, I found that learning how to 'spin' the round applicator took some getting used to. I kept dropping it. Then I gave up and held it still, and that was better. Then there's the flimsy issue. Where the wand attaches to the applicator, which is small by the way, it's well...bendy for lack of a better word. So, at first I kept 'flicking' it about if that means anything. It's hard to explain. Those two problems have vastly improved and I'm finding it easier to work with. But then there's the issue of the formula. On the one hand, I love how 'creamy' it is. On the other, my lashes get so 'wet' they tend to stick together, requiring that I must comb them out. A common issue for me so not that big a deal I suppose. Wears all day for me even through tears so A+ for that. I will say my lashes do look very good so, for that I give this a 7, but I'm not sure how I feel about the applicator, wand and Lg size of packaging. I will say that I love the red tube and that it stands by itself on end. Can you see how I'm so uncertain? lol

Stickier yes, but it's the applicator....

that creates the problems people have with it. These come with a flocked applicator...which is so not necessary and gross to me. Others have no problem and love it. Change the applicator and I'd be all over it!
