Glowelle Natural Raspberry Jasmine Flavor Beauty Drink Dietary Supplement Powder Sticks
Questionable
I recieved a weeks-worth of this product free with another purchase. This is expensive stuff, so I had high expectations and was left very disappointed. First of all, it tastes bad..sort of like a crushed up multi-vitamin with a bit of added flavoring. Still, I've managed to gulp it down for a straight 5 days, and have not noticed a difference in my skin. This leads to a big question: Do ingestible supplements really work? Dermatologists have different opinions, but most agree, the subject hasn't yet been thoroughly studied. Healthy eating and excercise may have the same effect as as the pricey Glowelle.

I am impressed with the idea behind this product. Just like moisturizer, everyone should have a day eye cream (with SPF) and a night cream for intense repair. Unfortunatly, I didn't feel that the night or day cream gave me the intense moisture I need. My previous eye cream (Burts Bees with Royal Jelly) provided me with longer lasting moisture for the same price. Unlike L'Oreal, it also brightened my dark cirlces. At 23 years old I don't have deep set wrinkles, however, at any age moisture is key and I didn't get it from this product.

According to the girl at the Sephora, this curler is made specifically for fine and short asian lashes. This means, it grasps and curls EVERYTHING, even those teeny-tiny baby lashes. And when I say curl, I mean CURL...not bend or kink. It also forms lashes in a fan shape that really makes eyes pop.

I must admit, i've never been a big pomade girl so this review is probably a bit biased. My first thought about this product, "Wow. It looks exactly like gum. It's stringy and sticky and hard to manage." I followed the directions by rubbing the goo throughout my palms and distributing through my hair. I found it extrememly difficult to disribute evenly and ended up having to comb out a few clumps. I will say, when the product dried it lost its stickiness and gave a peicy-type texture. If I had a short pixi cut this product would be magical. While it does give my hair texture, it's a lot harder to manage than my usually Sebastian Whipped Creme, which I'd recommend over this product if you have longer hair.

I expected the texture of this product to be mousse-like, but instead it's quite similar to that of whipped cream (don't ask why I was surprised). This creamy product looks so much like whipped cream, I expected it to smell like whipped cream, sweet and sugary. Rather, it smells fresh and soft and does not wreak of alcohol, like so many mousses and hairsprays do. Yet, the true wonder is the difference this made in the texture of my hair. I have thick, frizzy and unruly hair. I put this on whenever i'm planning on wearing a curly or beachy look. It tames my serious fly-aways and eliminates my dry-looking ends. Also, it gives great hold without looking crunchy.

I'm torn on how I feel about this scent. I like the woodsy, floral smell. It smells wondefully like autumn and would be a great perfume for fall. I don't like how sweet it smells. The perfume combines the scent of wood, flowers and fruit all together. I could do without the fruity undertones. Lastly, while the fragrance is sophisticated, it's also, well...old. Maybe i'll buy this when I hit 40. :)

I was really excited to try out this crazy looking wand. True to claim, it is much easier to maneuver. I end up with less mascara on my skin and more on my lashes. The brush also makes it easier to grab those teeny-tiny baby lashes that tend to hide away. The forumla goes on well, and isn't too flaky or smudgey. Still, as much as I like this mascara I do have a few issues with it-- First of all, it's difficult to clean the clumps of the little rubber ball when you pull it out of the tube. This leaves more clumps on my lashes. Secondly, while I love, love, LOVE the definition and length this mascara gives, I wish it gave more volume. Even after two or three coats I don't have the oober thick, fake-looking lashes I sometimes wish for. The mascara isn't very 'buildable'.

I can always depend on Olay. This product not only moisturizes wonderfully, but protects with SPF. The scent is pleasant and soft. Also, it works wondefully under makeup. Just like most Olay products, it sinks right into skin and creates a nice base for foundation. Love it!

This scent isn't my favorite, but it's soft enough for everyday wear. It's got sortof a musky smell that softens after a couple hours of wear. I probably won't buy again when I finish this bottle.

I am a die hard fan of the original (non waterproof) Maybelline Great Lash. This? Not so much. The waterproof version leaves me with barely there lashes and rubs off quite easily. No volume, no length, not worth it.
