So far I've only used peppermint oil for migraines and energy along with lavender oil because I love how it smells, for stress relief and as a sleep aid.
I've done my own research but would like to know about anyone's personal experiences and/or knowledge of essential oils for better circulation specifically. Has anyone used a blend or just a specific one for use with a massager as that is something i'm looking into. There is so much info out there but not a lot of comments from people sharing their own benefits or any issues they may have encountered. Anything not related to circulation would also be appreciated. I've read different takes on ingesting certain kinds, but I'm unable to do that because I have GERD, and some just are definetely not safe to ingest.
Thank you!
10 RepliesEvening primrose oil is a great oil to take as it is promoted for women's health during their menstrual cycles. It helps the symptoms of PMS like circulation, cramps, and acne as well. Apple cider vinegar is not an essential oil but can help with GERD as it helps balance the acidity and alkalinity in the body. I make sure to drink it after eating spicy foods to avoid heart burn.
