I stay happy and balanced by taking control of my life instead of letting things get me down.
by doing the things you like to do. For example, I play the guitar and by keeping up my hobby I'm more happy than the times i get caught up with life and don't have time play. Go after what makes you happy and you'll feel balanced.
I try to get incolved with my sons school. I help out when I can and I work with my husband to try to keep things at home balanced. Altho sometimes it seems everyone gets more attention from me than I give myself. I love how straight my teeth are I have just never liked their color. Winning this would mean me time!! :)
Really, just getting enough sleep makes all the difference for me. When I'm getting really stressed, I cook and bake.
I try to stay Happy and Balanced by exesicing and relaxing. Sometimes its hard with kids and busy schedules but I always try to take a little breather. Less hussle and bussle and more relaxing family time.
I make sure I have time for myself-I enjoy walking, riding my bike or reading a book with a good cup of hot tea

I usually just go out for a walk or treat myselft to something delicious!
It takes several things to keep me balanced. I meditate and exercise. I love to try different beauty products to make me feel good. I also love to play with my cats and get out into nature so I feel connected to everything around me.
I find that when my mind is surrounded by negative thoughts, either from things that went wrong, or hearing it coming from my environment- I lean on my artistic, creative side to get me through the rest of the day. That includes writing, sitting back to enjoy food or drink so I can relax into a break, working on or completing a creative project to feel accomplished. I unwind into the night, by taking care of my senses and physical body. So, it involves scents that bring up my spirits, or lotions that soothe any problem skin. And, if my mind is still not at rest, I keep up on correspondence to a friend.
I stwy balanced & happy by exercising everyday. I also eat very healthy. My relationship is amazing so I have no worries.
