I drink PLENTY of water and wear sunscreen religiously to help with the anti-aging.

Simply put, to stay young, and to keep from aging, my biggest tip is to delight in our family and friends, smile alot and don't worry about the wrinkles, Loving one another is my biggest anti-aging tip.. enjoy your children, and your grandbabies.
