Use a good day and night moisturizer. Always remove your makeup before going to sleep. Use makeup with sun screen (even in the winter months). Drink lots of water. Get enough sleep.
3 most important things I do for my skin: 1. Sunscreen 2. Exfoliate - Dr Denese microdermabrasion cream 3. Clarisonic - this has made a huge difference in my skin. I wouldn't be w/o it
stay out of the sun as much as possible. use spf.
I swear sun screen and I don't go to the tanners!
I just started getting into anti-aging products, but there is one thing i always done and was highly recommended by my derm is to use sunblock. Especially in face lotions and foundation, spf 15 +
Do not go to bed with your makeup on and always clean your face and apply some type of moisturizer before going to bed. I have followed these simple rules for years (almost every day) and it really does work.
Don't underestimate the benefits of SPF! Wear it to not only protect your skin from harmful UV rays but also from early onset wrinkles!
If you don't put sunscreen on use a moisturizer or cream with some SPF to it. Olive oil is amazing! Also I like to run a hot bath with scented bubbles, music, and candles to help relax after a particularly stressful day or week. Stay hydrated also.
I wear a good SPF and anti-aging moisturizer every day, including an eye cream with 30 SPF--every day without fail.
