So true - you gotta take care of yourself with drinking plenty of fluids, exercise, good hygiene and good diet or no product in the world will work miracles. Although I do try to help things along by always using a night-time eye and face moisturizer. The best time to repair is at night!
Use SPF no matter what if you're going outside (whether winter spring summer fall)
Wash your face before going to bed & morning too
Get some sleep!
Exfoliate at least 2 or 3 times a week
Moisturizer does wonders, so find a good one that works for you
Exercise (VERY IMPORTANT) ; gets your circulation revving
& drink LOTS of water!
I eat my blueberries every day 
Plenty of water and always wash your face before bedtime!!
I've been lucky enough to rely on diet and exercise to ward off wrinkles 
I use extra virgin olive oil on my face after washing. It is actually lightweight when used sparingly, and absorbs quickly. Its a great nightime eye treatment as well.

Always always always remove makeup before going to sleep. Get lots of sleep, drink plenty of fluids, and always use moisturizer!
