I decided today that I was going to start doing yoga. Again. I use to do some poses as a teenager, but I neglected to keep it up. I found it incredibly difficult to hold some of the poses today. Practice makes perfect though. I was able to work up a sweat and only spent a good 15 minutes on the workout. I must say Triangle and Camel poses felt horrid at first. I certainly couldn't hold them for more than 15 seconds. My left side seems to be rather weakened and unbalanced. I hope to see some improvement in these things eventually.

That's really good because I am a working women and I don't have time in the morning and every evening I am doing yoga 1 hour and good for health and skin care :)

At the begining, it's always difficult to start it again but once you have motivation to do some training everyday it will be easier. The secret of the success is just the motivation :)

You will it becomes easier the longer you do it. If you like I would also try barre. =]
