I have been using probiotics off and on for about six years now, but I have been introduced to a new one that I've started taking today The comapy claims its superior when it comes to gentle liver & digestional cleansing, we shall see I'll update you all in about a week. If all goes well I'll be a regular user.

Hello denise_west, So far it is going pretty well, I don't like the gassy feel I get sometimes after taking it but, it has helped my digestive tract.
