Pamper Yourself With Something Sweet
Hey Ladies, it's time to take time for you... and i have a great idea how.
I came across this recipe for Peach Cobbler, it's so easy to make AND it's easy on the waistline. Gotta try it!
2 cups Bisquick mix
1 cup milk (use 1% or 2% milk instead of whole milk. But dont use skim, it will taste like water)
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 cup sugar
1 can (29oz) sliced peaches
Optional: 2 teaspoon cinnamon & 2 teaspoon vanilla
Heat oven to 375
In a medium size bowl, stir together bisquick, milk & nutmeg. Stir in melted butter until blended. Pou into an ungreased 8x8 baking pan or a 2 quart baking dish.
In a large bowl, mix together sugar & peaches. (this is where you can add cinnamon & vanilla if desired). Spoon mixture over batter. (mix peaches & bisquick batter together in baking dish if desired)
Bake 50 to 60 minutes or until golden brown.
Enjoy!!
