I have been a faithful "face wash" user for a long time, but now that the weather is turning cooler and dryer, I wanted to switch to a different cleansing method for my very sensitive skin. I liked that the scent was fresh and light, and that the soap produced a really creamy, luxurious lather. It did a good job of removing makeup, and was not irritating at all. It felt very smooth on my skin while I washed. It rinsed away very nicely, and did not leave my skin feeling like it had a film on it, or sticky, like so many other soaps can. My face truly felt completely clean, but not at all stripped, after I rinsed and dried, and I have noticed since I started using this that my skin is much softer than it was when I was using facial wash gels. Over the past few days I have also noticed that my skin has stopped breaking out, and is also becoming much smoother and softer. My skin tone also appears to be evening out. I cannot wait to see how much better conditioned my skin will be in a week or so. I plan to continue using this soap and am so pleased that I decided to try it. You really can't beat the price and how gentle the soap is to the skin. I don't usually like to use soap on my face, but this one is definitely a cut above the rest. I recommend it, especially if you have dry or irritated skin.

Not very exfoliating

I've used Dove beauty bar in White, Pink, Cool Moisture as well as the one for sensitive skin. Even though I usually use body wash or shower gel to clean my body, Dove is my favorite soap. So much so that I bought a value pack of Dove Gentle Exfoliating Beauty Bar. This Dove soap has very tiny blue beads. If your skin cannot take a regular body scrub, this bar of soap may work as a very gentle exfoliator. But for me I need bigger and more exfoliating granules. Just like all other Dove soaps, this soap cleanses gently without drying out my skin or leaving no residue. However, I prefer Dove Sensitive Skin Unscented or White Bar to this exfoliating bar.

Creamy and delicate for de skin, moisturizing and gentle exfoliating with the blue particles. I like the smell and it is a good product from Dove, not so expensive also. It does melt quicker but that is understandable due to the creamy feature that moisturizes.
