A bit sticky at first so it should be rubbed in but it works well with the Color and Glimmer sticks for an overall barrier against dry skin. A little bit is all you need to seal in moisture and it allows the other sticks to glide over the skin. I think other moisturizers work better to apply moisture to the skin, but Glo is probably more effective at keeping that moisture in. What a disappointment...I'm very practical and I splurged for this! Very expensive and a waste of money! I have $.99 chapstick that performs better! Sorry Cindy Joseph you must be catering to the wealthy and naive on this product! I bought a tub of Coconut Oil for less than $10 and it far out performs your Boom!
