loreal secretly knows the felt tip brush sucks. thats why they have this 'brsuh tip' [=better tip] option. they have a good liner formula and a nice deep black, its just the felt tips suck. alot. i like this one, its easy to aplly and control, dark, dramatic and long lasting. wears off a bit in the corners after 8 hours, but most of the line stays.This review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 6 of 11 people said helpful

Awesome liquid eyeliner
I decided to go for the ultimate liquid eyeliner with a brush applicator, hoping that it wouldn't derail me from using the pen version. Even my mom was impressed on how I brushed it on. Felt tip one is better
For the purpose of lining lids, this liner performs as expected. However the pros know that for application between lashes from the underside of lashes (near the water line), felt tip version is better because it allows you to push away the lashes to get right in there. This is a better technique because you won't see the bold line, and rather makes lashes look full like you put on fake lashes.
