you cant find this anymore
there is a plumping/filling base and a color topcoat on a dual ended wand. the color looks nice and the base feels nice, slightly minty or something similar, and very soothing to dry lips. my lips look nice and smooth but not fuller. sometimes i just use the base as a balm. i think this missed the goal it hoped to hit, but it is an ok product, good to try if you find it on sale.This review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful

Great lip color for the price I paid!
I've been on a splurge lately for discontinued item markdowns supplemented with manufacturers coupons. I purchased 2 Loreal Volume Perfects for $0.10 each!! I love this product, especially for the price I paid. Probably would rate it a little lower if I had paid full price. The lip base feels nice on my lips and really smooths them out.
