just the right amount of shimmer
I love how this has just the right amount of shimmer. Most shimmering body lotions make me look like a Vegas show girl. This makes my skin glow. It also makes my skin soft.This review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 4 of 6 people said helpful

Good moisturizer, great shimmer!
This is a pretty good moisturizer from Burt's. It isn't heavy duty, so it isn't great for very dry skin, but still it smoothes on and penetrates well. The best part of this lotion is the shimmer. It is from mica so it looks really natural and beautiful. Be careful though because a thick application can look strange. Better for summer
If you live somewhere where it tends to be above 50°f year round then I can see this being good for everyday use, however I went to the drugstore looking for a lotion for dry/itchy winter skin. This lotion helped a bit, but it's on the thinner side. It definitely feels more water based than oil. That being said even for a summer lotion I'm kind of on the fence. It does give a nice summer glow, bu...read moret it is also waxy.
