  • Every celebrity hairstylist I talk to says that great hair starts in the shower -- a.k.a., if you use cheap shampoo and conditioner, you'll wind up with cheap-looking hair.

  • A pregnant Heidi Klum showed up to a showing of "The Lion King" in New York, looking gorgeous without an ounce of makeup on. Shocked? Neither were we!

  • It's not easy being a celebrity. When we have a bad hair day (or bad hair year as I did in 1989), only our friends and family really see -- and mock -- it. But if you're Britney Spears and you do something like, oh, I don't know, shave your head, you better believe people are going to take notice.

  • The temperatures are rising and you have a few options: 1. Forget makeup and go bare-faced (but if you're like these celebs, that's not a pretty picture). 2. Do your usual makeup routine and watch as it melts off your face (ew -- enough said). Or 3. Follow these hot-weather makeup tips for a polished, shine-free look. Hmmm, decisions, decisions …

  • Do you, like me, have a drawer full of sarongs to disguise your less-than-perfect thighs during summer? While they can be a cute fashion statement, we really shouldn't have to rely on them, right?

  • Previously, I hadn't given much thought to what was in my sunscreen. As long as the SPF was high enough I figured I was safe right?

  • Hayden Panettiere has been busy travelling and switching up her style to promote her new movie "I Love You Beth Cooper." At a special screening in New York, hosted by Seventeen Magazine (she's on their August cover) I noticed her dramatic new look.

  • Panettiere paired bright pink lips and huge, defined black fake lashes with tousled waves and a bronzed glow. Though the style was striking, we are used to seeing her with a more neutral look. She definitely did not follow makeup's golden rule -- choose only one feature to emphasize. Do you think she pulled it off anyway?

  • Rain + wind = beauty nightmare? Not necessarily! Emma Watson showed London town and the world that her beauty would not be burdened by weather woes. The nineteen-year-old actress staring in "Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince" had to battle the elements during her red carpet strut and managed to look fabulous while doing so, despite a couple of unfortunate Marilyn moments.

  • I'll say one thing for Jennifer Aniston, she found a style that works for her and she rocks it. Sure, it may get a little old wearing the same hairstyle and makeup look at nearly every event (don't think she does? check out these pics), but when you're as hot as she is, do you really need to switch things up?
