This is my first experience with using an epilator and I'm not going to lie, it was painful. The epilator is also quite loud, but the light cames in handy and the results afterwards are phenomenal! I have never seen my skin so hair free and smooth. Thank you bzzagent.com so much for giving me the opportunity to try this product.
