i'm happy 35 lb.s overwieght and want to loose i, i am doing so slowly and the healthy wat. I don't need or want help I like this sight for different reasons. I am a grandmother of 4 , i am 47 yrs old , i don't have any grey hair and i look 39 (no exgaggeration)
