Everyone thought she was wearing a wig for her new movie role -- but, no. Vanessa Hudgens DID chop off her long hair as fans at last night's Neutrogena's 2nd Annual Wave for Change By Helping Kids Make A Difference bash in L.A. witnessed. (Wonder if Hayden P. - who famously hacked off her long hair too -- can offer some styling tips.)
It looks okay, I am not a huge fan, but I don't hate it either.

MY oh my Vanessa--- Me no likey this. Maybe they should've went to a salon and got a messy chop professionally. this is a no-no.
