I always have something with me to pass the time if i get stuck waiting for some reason. I acually keep stuff in both my vehicles, and something small in my purse. I have a horrible memory, and have been known to leave my books or magazines in the car, if i'm in a hurry, so i have a small puzzle book i always carry with me.
