Urban Decay 24/7 Glide-On Eye Pencil

Not exactly 24/7

I had heard so many great things about this eyeliner, and since I am a big fan of Urban Decay, I figured why not? the eyeliner glides on very, very well and the quality of the color is amazing but sadly this is not waterproof or smudge proof as it claims to be. Within about 5 hours into using it I had smudges of black under my eyes. If it was truely long lasting I would not mind this costly eyeliner but it is not making it not really worth the money. But what I found is that if you add some translucent powder under your eyes, the eyeliner on your water line/ lower lash line, will not run as much and if you apply eyeliner to the top of your lids, put some eye primer on first to keep it from running, and do not touch your eyes!! hope this helps!!
