Carmex Moisture Plus

My lips love this.

I bought this while on honeymoon, forgetting my lip balm at home what with all the hectic chaos of the wedding day, and my lips have never looked better. Some people have sensitive skin, I have sensitive lips. They hate every and all products and won't stay smooth (maybe I need to drink more water than I already do?). I was using Soft Lips but after the initial getting used to that my lips demand, Carmex Moisture Plus is the best lip balm/lip gloss for my lips. It's the perfect balance of silky glide with moisture richness I can feel with the nice shine that's not too teenybopperish. It comes in a very sophisticated lipstick-like case that I absolutely love. For three bucks, this is well worth the buy! It lasts forever and works as a great base or for gloss without the sticky goop that sits on your lips. My lips used to peel and flake, but with this is my bag I have smooth, silky lips I don't have to worry about!

L'Oreal Paris Voluminous Original Washable Bold Eye Mascara

This mascara does what designer brands can't!!

I've used everything from Diorshow to Lancome Hypnose. I try all the best rated drugstore mascaras and actually bought this one because I needed a basic, to go mascara. I think I found 'the one'!! This mascara does not clump, coats evenly, and truly gives me lengthy, sweeping lashes. I naturally have straight black Asian lashes and the waterproof formula holds the curl amazingly and gives me Kim Kardashian-like falsies without smudging and flaking. And this actually is a carbon black- a dramatic black that makes my eyes pop and lasts for days while holding curl (I sleep with mascara on sometimes when I forget-bad!). I love this mascara to bits, the formula is so smooth and high quality, I will never go back to high-end mascaras. For under ten bucks, I am buying loads of this before they discontinue them! If you're thinking of trying a mascara, you've gotta give this one a chance! It's worth more than quadruple times the price I paid for it!
